We pulled up to our house and the kids cheered. It was exciting to see and hear them so excited. We landed in Hawaii this morning, grabbed my new car- a Chevy Tahoe- and headed straight here.

"Go in" Avery whined, wiggling in her carseat,

"We will. Let me help Mommy first" I spoke back,

"I'll get them out Ashton" my mom laughed. I smiled and hopped out and headed around to the passenger door. I opened it and helped Tatum to the ground, her using my shoulder to balance. She's not really using her crutches anymore, but she still has to keep her leg straight so it's hard to walk for her,

"You okay?" I asked, kissing her head,

"Yeah. I just need to stretch out" she sighed as she rotated her hip, "Being cramped in a plane then in the car was miserable"

"I bet" I nodded and closed the door.

We walked towards the house, the kids being first to the door,

"Calihan said he put the boxes where they were labeled to go and our outdoor stuff is in the garage," Tatum told me. I nodded and unlocked the door, letting the kids run in,

"Are you guys wanting to unpack right away?" My mom asked,

"I'd like to get some things unpacked. I mean, we don't have a whole lot since we already had a lot here. It's just clothes, the kids' toys, and extra little decor things like" Tatum shrugged,

"My woom" Krew began whining, pulling in my shorts,

"You guys can go see your rooms. You know where they are" I told him and Avery, "I'll come help you in a minute"

They both nodded and started up the stairs,

"We're gonna have to get their rooms done fast because they are going to be whining" Tatum laughed,

"Good thing we already have everything. We just gotta get it all set up" I laughed back, "I'll go get the kids going if you two want to work down here"

"That works" my mom smiled,

"Yeah. I do want to clean a bit. It probably hasn't been cleaned since the last time we came down here" Tatum sighed.

I headed upstairs to where the kids' bedrooms were. I could hear them both giggling so I followed the giggles to Krew's room,

"You guys sound like your having fun" I smiled,

"Daddy open box" Krew pointed to one of the multiple boxes in his room,

"No my woom" Avery cried,

"Since we're already in here, we will do this room first then yours," I told her, "If you help us in here, Krew will help you with yours"

She nodded and sat next to Krew as I grabbed my pocket knife and started opening boxes. I didn't realize doing this with the kids was going to be chaotic. They wanted to just grab everything and spread it out.

I was thankful when my mom and Tatum came up,

"Avery, Krew, let's go find your bikes" my mom spoke, making them both happy and follow her,

"Want actual help?" Tatum chuckled,

"Yeah" I laughed, "I love that they wanted to help they just didn't understand what that meant"

"They will soon. They're still little" Tatum smiled as I helped her sit on the floor,

"I know"

We quickly got to work and got Krew's room done then moved onto Avery's. Avery's was a bit more difficult just because she's got a lot more bigger items than Krew. She's got a dollhouse and little vanity, along with a while baby doll set up. The biggest toy Krew's got is his little play workbench. He's got train tracks and such but those are all in a box that fits under his bed.

"Should we get the kiddos up here?" Tatum asked, holding onto my arm as she got up,

"Definitely" I smiled then called my mom to bring the kids upstairs. Soon we could hear them coming up the stairs. They both came around the corner and my mom followed,

"Who wants to go first?" Tatum asked,

"Me" Avery screamed and ran to her bedroom with Krew. We followed behind and smiled big when we heard her excited little squeals,

"My pwincess bed!" she jumped, seeing the pink comforter with the princesses on it,

"It's your big girl room" Tatum smiled,

"Go see my big woom?" Krew pouted now,

"Let's go dude" I took his hand and took him to his room. I let him walk in first and he smiled,

"Woody and Buzz" he pointed to his blue comforter with the characters on it,

"Do you like it?" I asked. Krew nodded then went to his toy box, opening the lid and pulling out his toy Woody and Buzz. He ran over to his bed and put them on top,

We both turned to the door when Avery ran in,

"Dis so cool Kwew" she told her brother, making my mom, Tatum, and I all smile at each other.

After saying goodnight to the kids, I walked into the master bathroom where Tatum was washing her face and getting ready for bed,

"They go to bed okay?" she asked,

"Yeah. They seemed fine. I told them they could come to our room for anything" I yawned, wrapping my arms around her waist and kissing her head,

"How are you feeling?" she asked and turned in my arms, "I mean, you've had to do most of this moving thing since I'm not much help right now"

"I'm fine. I'm tired but I'm fine. I'm glad we made the move" I smiled followed by another yawn.

We moved to our room and climbed into bed. Tatum got comfortable with her head on my chest,

"Have Luke and Cal said when they're going to move?" she asked,

"Luke and Si got a house. They're waiting for a few things to finalize. And Cal I think's just going to get an apartment so far" I told her,

"This is going to be fun" she giggled,

"So fun"
