Actually- you can't, not at this point. Trust has to be earned, and not demanded.
Even if I say I'm very good at being a therapist you still cant believe me, because what I say might not be what I do. I just want to say that if you have faith in me & give me a chance to talk to you, I won't be a disappointment. You may judge me if I'm trustable or not, after that.
