CECE HELD HER HAND UP MAKING THE POEPLE RUNNING TOWRDS HER SLOW DOWN. They all glanced at each other, before staring straight at her.
"Go" she breathed out, "you shouldn't be here"
"I"m sorry" was all the one in the front said. He was a warrior, that was for sure. Though she had just shown him that he really wasn't. He was just someone who followed commands and orders. He was someone like her. And as fast as they ran at her, they were gone.
She signed sadly, she was forcing them to leave to safety. She was making them go back to the war they had created for themselves.
"You're going to put me out of a job" Druig teased, walking up-to her as the last deviant was killed behind him. "It looked like you controlled them to go the other way"
"I made them realize that they don't want to kill someone innocent" she explained, not glancing up at him as she continued to watch where they had disappeared. "I haven't done anything wrong, therefore I'm just a background person to them"
He stared at her, slight confusion and slight admiration in his eyes as he nodded. He grabbed her hand, interlocking his fingers as he pulled her away.
They arrived back at Ajak, Sersi and Phastos, Sprite came running behind them. She smiled lightly as Makkari and Thena came into view as well.
'Good?' she signed, making her smile as she nodded lightly.
"Where are the others?" Ajak asked, mainly looking at the two with interlocked hands.
"Split off from us" Cece explained, shrugging as she glanced at the fight happening.
"There were more deviants that you said"
"Well, I'm sure that was a lot of fun for you"
"It was" Thena smiled, nodding slightly. It was no secret that she enjoyed a good fight. Being the goddess of war does that to you. Though there was always a difference between her in a fight and having to watch a bunch of helpless humans who don't really know what there doing. There was a major difference.
Phastos pulled up a hologram of the world as it slowly turned, "Once the others kill these last deviants, we'll of eliminated them all from the planet"
"And then we go home" CeCe breathed out, the anticipation of seeing her father again eating her alive.
"Not quite" her smile fell, looking at Ajak. "We still have to wait for orders" she reminded them all, "Shouldn't take long though" she added, attempting to lift their spirits.
