CECE GLANCED OVER A PILE OF BOOK AS SHE LOOKED FOR ONE SHE HAD EVEN HEARD OF, OBVIOUS ANSWER - NO, THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE BOOK SHE HAD EVEN NEW EXISTED. She picked one up, flipping it over as she glanced over the back of it.
"So, how did you end up scoring this Emerald table-" the voice of Druig make her look up as she smiled at the scene, "My beautiful, beautiful Makkari. Did you miss me?" he teased as she pulled the tablet out of his hand.
"I'm sorry what are we watching? Becasue-"
"Is this new? Because I hate it-"
"Yeah, lik-"
"Phastos-" Druig interrupted, "I need to control the mind of a Celestial"
"You'll be fine" CeCe stated, bumping her shoulder into his as she walked to their side. Two arms making their way around her stomach to rest in-front of her.
"Okay, get ready for it" Phastos waved his hands as the visions in the room started to mold together, almost like metal.
"Bracelets? You made us bracelets?"
"So, here a little Celestial 101" Phastos started, CeCe sharing a look with Sprite in confusion. "Celestials are the most powerful, energy generators in the universe. When Arishem made us, he imbues us with infinite cosmic energy to keep our bodies regenerating. The bracelets, in theory, will shut down our regeneration process. And once that happens, our bodies accumulate extra cosmic energy"
"What for?" Sersi asked, seemingly confused as the rest.
"Well, if the deviants can absorb our energy, what if we can absorb each others energy as well? If I can find a way to connect us all, one of us could become immensely powerful, pulling the accumulated energy from the rest, forming-" he paused, taking a break as he moved the bracelets around. "-a Uni-mind. 'Uni' meaning one, 'mind' meaning mind"
"Yeah, we get it" CeCe stated, still staring as she looked over the diagram.
