This story is about Anubhav- the DSP of Lucknow and Haseena -SHO of Mahila Police Thana..from the serial - MADDAM SIR.
This story is the continuation after the holi sequence..

It was around 6 pm when both AS and HM reached home.
MAA - aagaye dono? Jao jaldi se taiyaar ho jao..chaand nikalta hi hoga!
AS/HM - ji maa.
AS - chaliye hase..
Before he could complete..she said "MAA ham kya keh rahe the.. karishma ko bhi unki family ke saath yahi bula lete hai na..sab saath me enjoy karenge"
AS - haan maa..cheetah aur santosh ko bhi bula lete hai! Vaise ANNI kaha hai?
HM rolled her eyes. MAA - Vo apne kisi dost ke yaha gayi hai aaj ke liye..kal subah aaegi!
AS - (smiled looking at Haseena) haan achchi baat hai!
MAA - mai sabko phone karke bula leti hu tum log taiyaar ho jao!
HM went to their room. He also came after a phone call and saw her just opening his almirah.
He ran and stood in front of her stopping her from opening the almirah.
AS - aapko hamari almari se kya chahiye!
HM - Hamara samaan chahiye aur kya?
AS - hamari almari me aapka samaan kaise aaega..aap apni vaali me dekhiye na!
HM - hame nahi mil raha tabhi to yaha dekh rahe..hatiye na!
AS - hamse kahiye naaa..aap kyu takleef le rahi hai !
HM - (sighs) Phh....theek hai fir aap hi dhundh ke dijiye hamara golden vala bracelet..ham jab tak change karke aate hai!
HM (thinking) - aisa kya hai inki almari me jo ye hame dikhana nahi chahte!
AS - soch kya rahi hai..jaaiye na!
She goes.
AS - haaash..aaj to kisi tarah bach gaye..par ye zarur pata lagane ki koshish karengi ki isme kya hai!
He takes his clothes and goes to Maa's room to get ready. HM comes out and stands in front of the mirror drying her hairs from a hair dryer when her phone rings. She bends to see the caller (credit card bechne vala) when the dryer touched her right collar bone making her skin burn and turn red. (It looked like a hickey)
HM - aaahhh..ammiii..!
She takes an antiseptic and applies to it which gives her relief. (but the mark is still there)
Anubhav enters when she is all ready and wearing her bindi. He comes and stands closer to her left tilting towards her looking at her eyes from the mirror.

HM gets nervous.
AS - (flirting in his husky voice) Haayee ye aankhe..ye zulfe..ye muskurat..uff!
Here Haseena is getting nervous... She moves away and starts going out of the room when AS holds her wrist.
AS - maanna to padega.. upar vale ne badi fursat se banaya hai aapko!
HM - (fumbling) hame neeche jaana hai..sab aa gaye honge!
AS - jaldi kis baat ki hai!
HM (irritated turns towards him) - Agar aap bhool rahe ho to yaad dila de ki hamne vrat rakha hua hai.. subah se kuch nhi khaaya hai.. to hame pareshan mat kariye.. aapka kya hai..aapne to kar liya us.. (feeling dizzy) us Anushka ke saath lunch!
AS (tensed holding her shoulders) - Haseena ji aap theek to hai na..kya hua.. Haseena ji!
HM - (freeing herself from him) ham theek hai.. chaliye neeche chalte hai!
They go downstairs and to their surprise they see everyone their including HM's Ammi, Mahipal uncle and Mansi. HM's eyes get moist. She goes and hugs her mother.
Ammi - kaisi hai meri bachchi!
HM - ham bilkul theek hai ammi.
She also meets her uncle and Mansi.
Chacha ji - maaf karna beta..ham log tumhari shaadi me nhi aa paye the kuch zaruri kaam ki vajah se!
HM - koi bat nhi chacha ji.. par ammi aap log achanak yaha kaise?
Ammi looks towards AS when he blinks his eyes smiling. Ammi - tujhe apni ammi ki bohot yaad aa rahi thi na..fir tera anubhav tujhe dukhi thodi dekh sakta hai..usne hame bulaya..ham chale aaye.
HM goes towards him - thankyou so much Anubhav 🥺
He came closer and wiped those little tears on her cheeks and held both of her hands together.
AS - aapko hamara Dhanyavaad karne ki koi zarurat nhi hai Haseena ji. Ham hamesha hi kuch na kuch aisa karte hi rahenge jisse aapke chehre me khushi aaye..ab itne thankyou ham sambhal nahi payenge.
She chuckled lightly.
Listening to all those words made har feel like she is the most blessed person on earth. She had started believing in him and realising that he will never break her faith again!
KS - Bhaiya bhabhi ab aap logo ko jitni baat karni ho baad me kar lena.. abhi chaliye jaldi chaand nikal aaya!
Raj - haan jaldi chaliye saale sahab Varna fir hamari patni ji ka bhaukaal to jaante hi hai.. aur bhoomi sherni to...
She glared at him.
Everyone laughed.
AS - (flow flow me) Haan ab jaldi chaliye hame bhi bhook lagi hai bohot subah se ek glass paani tak nahi piya!
Everyone - haan?!
AS - h..hamara kehne ka arth hai dopahar se kuch nahi khaya.. l..lunch ke baad se (nervous)
Maa - ek second tu to ghar se lunch leke gaya hi nahi aur naashta bhi nahi kiya..to kya khaya??🤨
