Next Morning
HM was in the washroom getting ready while AS was in the room buttoning his uniform.
Someone knocks the door.
AS - (still busy with his shirt) maa darwaza khula hai andar aa jaiye.. aur ye hamari shirt ki button bhi toot gayi to laga dijiye!
He did not know that ANUSHKA was there at the door not MAA. She comes near him and tries to correct his shirt.
He removes her hand from him.
AS - (maintaining a distance) ham khud kar lenge..!
A - (comes close) - mai karti hu na..
AS - (moving away) - zarurat nhi hai (calmly) vaise tum kab aayi..hame laga MAA hai.
HM comes out of the washroom.
HM (in mind) - agayi chudail vapas😒
HM - Tum aa gayi (fake smile)
A - haan bas abhi abhi aayi..!
HM - oo.. kuch kaam?
A - vo maa ne kaha tum log room me ho to milne aa gayi!
HM (in mind) - hum log se milne yaa Anubhav se chipakne 😒
AS - tum neeche chalo ham log aa hi rahe hai bas!
A - Areh ruko to mai ye button sil deti hu na tab tak Haseena taiyaar bhi ho jayegi!
AS - na.. (cut by HM)
HM - nahi ham taiyaar ho chuke hai..ham sil dete hai!
A - o.. ohkay
She goes out of the room.
HM - (whispering seeing towards the door) badi aayi (mimicking her) mai sil deti hu na button..huhh!😒
She turns.
AS - 🤭🤭🤣
HM - aapko kis baat ki hasi choot rahi hai??
AS - (innocently) ham kaha has rahe hai? (mischievously smiling) Ham to bas dekh rahe the kis tarah uske hamare kareeb aane se aapko fark pad raha hai!
HM - hame koi farak varak nhi pad raha..!
AS - to fir?
HM - (changing the topic) to fir vo fir chodiye..aap abhi apna vaada poora kijiye!
AS - konsa vada?
HM - aapko bohot achche se pata ham kis cheez ki baat kar rahe hai..ab bataiye vaha kya hai.. Varna ham khud dekh lenge!
AS - aaj shaam ko aapko sab pata chal jaega!
HM - aap...
AS - shaam ko pakka..abhi hame vaise hi mukhyalay pohochne me vilamb ho raha hai..!
HM - hmm.. theek hai.. (takes out the stitching box) laiye ham button laga dete hai.. aapki doosri uniform bhi abhi iron nahi hui hai.
AS - aap button lagaengi??
HM - (putting the thread in the needle) koi shak!?
AS - (giving her the button) nahi.. lijiye!
She comes near him and starts sewing the button. Even a slight touch of her hand on his chest affects him a lot!
There is complete silence in the room other than the sound of their hearts beating faster and their breaths so heavy!
HM - hogaya!
AS (lost in her eyes) - bohot kuch ho gaya!
HM - haan ??
AS - h..hamara matlab hai..haan hogaya.. Dhanyavaad!

They picked their caps and baton in their hands and went downstairs.
ANNI - Anu..tum mujhe jaate jaate market me chod doge kya?
AS looks towards HM.
She rolled her eyes.
AS - chalo!
..
They were in AS's car going towards the market... AS and HM at the front and Anushka at the back seat.
HM - Anubhav rokiye rokiye..gaadi rokiye!
AS stops the car at a side.
AS - kya hua Haseena ji..aise beech me gaadi kyu rukvayi.
HM - vo udhar (points her fingers towards the icecream stall)
A - tumko is vakt icecream khani hai?
HM - haa..anubhavv (pleading eyes)
Hame pata hai aapko koi late nahi ho raha hai..aapne sirf baat taalne ke liye kaha tha!
AS - Achcha theek hai.. chaliye!
They three have their icecreams.
While coming back towards the car crossing the road..ANUSHKA tries to push HM towards a bike coming in speed. The bike was going to hit HM but AS saw it and pulled her towards him! In a jerk she collided to his chest!
AS - Haseena ji aap theek to hai?
HM - haa..haan ham theek hai!
AS saw towards ANUSHKA.
A - meri taraf kyu dekh rahe ho?
AS (coldly) - ghar chalo phir batate hai!
