[Austin's POV]

I sat on the couch just as my phone rang, my manager's caller-ID popping up. I answered it to hear him rambling about some sort of meeting to talk about a promotion offer. I hated this part of this industry, I just wanted to make music with my friends that could help people.

"Trust me, it's a really big opportunity!" he said.

"Okay, fine, I'll be there soon." I sighed before hanging up. Luna walked out of her bedroom fully dressed, her bruises covered by make-up. "Uhm, sorry, but I've got a meeting I've gotta get to." I said

"It's fine, I'm going out now to anyways to meet Amy at my tattoo parlour." She smiled.

"Oh, so which one of you is getting ink?" I asked as I stood from the couch

"Both of us, we're just going to get some idea's drawn up, we're not getting them done 'till later." She picked up her car keys and headed to the door "Do you need a lift anywhere?"

"I don't know, how close are you going to the main Rise Records building?" I asked

"A couple blocks, I guess." she shrugged.

"Okay then" I smiled at her as she headed towards the door. I followed behind her, closing the door behind us.

"So, what ink are you getting?" I asked as she looked down at her phone whilst we walked to the car.

"I'm getting a sleeve done, and Amy's just getting something on her leg. I guess I'll be dropping you off right outside the building, Amy's just texted me saying she's outside there with Alan."

We each opened the car doors, I got into the passenger seat and her into the drivers seat.

"Ha, I wonder what went down last night when we left then." I said.

"God knows. Alan probably had to carry her home." she said.

I laughed slightly. She turned on the stereo and slipped a disc into it. I recognised the voice of the lead singer as she put disc in, Vic Fuentes. She had put Pierce The Veil's new CD 'Collide With The Sky' on. I hadn't heard it before, but it was alright. I was good friends with the guys in PTV anyways.

"So, you like Pierce The Veil?" I asked.

"Yeah, they're okay. I got their CD as a gift, it's not bad." she shrugged "I like this song in particular, it reminds me of my teen years" she smirked as the next song came on.

I listened closely to the first verse of the song.

"I cannot spend another night in this home,

I close my eyes and take a breath real slow.

The consequence is if I leave I'm alone,

But what's the difference when you beg for love?"

If she was comparing her teen-years to these lyrics then she clearly didn't have it all that good, it hurt me a little to know that. I kept quiet about it.

[Luna's POV]

"So what's going with this meeting? Some sort of world tour?" I grinned

He chuckled slightly and shook his head. "Just a sponsorship deal from some product. Personally, I'll probably say no to it." he shrugged.

"Why's that?" I looked at him for a second before focusing my eyes back on the road.

"I don't know," he said "I guess I'm not really that into the business and money side of the music business. I make music as a way of dealing with my problems whilst helping others with theirs, and I don't see how I can really do that through a sponsorship deal." he smiled to himself. You could tell he prided himself on being there for the fans and not for the money.

"That's very big of you." I smiled.

"Well, it's the only reason I started this band in the first place." he looked at me and smiled as we pulled up to the Rise Records building.

Alan and Amy were stood outside waiting, and Alan was holding Amy's phone up in the air so she couldn't reach it. They were both short, but Amy was still too small too reach it.

"Give it back, you meanie!" She said as she held her hang-over sun-glasses to her face whilst she jumped for the phone.

"Not until you admit I'm amazing!" Alan said.

Austin walked over to the two of them and took the phone, holding it even higher up.

"Now what, princess?" he said to Alan with a smirk. Alan and Amy were both suddenly jumping for the phone from Austin.

I ran over and took a leap as high as I could onto Austin's back, adjusting myself before grabbing the phone and jumping off.

"Give it!" Alan and Austin yelled

I turned around and shoved the phone down my bra so they couldn't get it. I turned to face them again and gave them a wink before walking back to the car.

"Can I have it back now!?" Amy yelled as she ran after me.

I got into the drivers seat, Amy walked to the passenger seat and got in. She threw her hand into my bra and took the phone, I glanced out of the window to see Austin and Alan stood in the middle of the street looking at us in the car with their mouths wide open. I grinned at them whilst Amy resumed to texting before waving to them and driving off.

"So why were you with Alan?" I asked Amy as she rubbed her hung-over head.

"I fell asleep in the venue and I was too drunk to get back up," she said tiredly "So he just took me back to his place."

"And?" I grinned.

She paused as she collected her thoughts to understand what I meant "...Oh god, no. I was way too drunk. I like to be present when I-"

"Okay, I get it, I get it!" I laughed.

After a couple minutes of silence Amy finally spoke.

"Alan texted me, he want's to know if we wanna have lunch with him and Austin." she said as she looked up at me waiting for an answer.

"Depends, where are we going?" I asked

"He just said a little diner that they know." she shrugged.

"Okay, how about 1?" I asked. She nodded in response.

So they wanted to do lunch with us? I became curious. Two band guys asking their merch-girl and her friend to lunch, that wasn't exactly normal considering they could probably just pick a girl off the street and have them agree to lunch.

How was that? :) This was only meant to be an extension of the last chapter to make up for how short it was, I was just really tired and I didn't realise how short I had actually made it.

New chapter soon!
