Gon was waiting at the entrance to U.A, bouncing up and down. I'm so pumped! Today was supposed to be the day when he got to fight a student from U.A. He had no clue who it was but he thought it was safe to assume it was a third year at least. "Kid?" He stopped bouncing and looked sideways to see Eraserhead standing there with a confused expression. "Oh Mr. Eraserhead!" He said, hopping over. "the hell are you doing here?" He beamed. "Mr. Nezu says I get to fight someone strong today! He said to come in like an hour but I was super excited and I thought I'd just come out here early-" Eraserhead froze. "I was told to come to U.A to watch an unspecified student battle with Mirio. Your telling me that's you?" His eyes gleamed. "You know his name? I wasn't told a name, just that he's really strong!" He thought for a few seconds. "You know, your guys are kind of similar" Gon blinked. "Really?" I wonder if he's stronger than me? I can't wait to find out! "Your both really cheerful and ridiculously powerful. Kind of exhausting" Gon beamed. "You admit he's really strong to? Ooooh, I wonder what his power is-" He was cut off as he sensed something behind him. Gon turned quickly, then saw nobody. He frowned slightly. "It's just a wall-" then he felt the same presence in Eraserhead's direction and snapped his head back around to see a guy with blonde hair and a smile. The guy was also really buff and had some sort of cape on. Gon's eyes gleamed. "Woah! Can you like teleport or something? That was so cool!"

He gave Gon a smile, "Name's Mirio Togata, nice to meet you" He gasped, then bounced forward with an eager expression. "You're the guy I get to fight today! I'm so excited! I was told you were super strong and stuff and I haven't found anyone strong to spar with in so long and-" He interrupted him. "So, what's your name?" He blinked. "Oh, I'm Gon!" He gave Gon another smile. "Well, let's get going shall we?" Gon bounced after him down the hallway, Eraserhead following after them slowly. He was practically vibrating with excitement, and Mirio kept glancing over his shoulder at him for some reason. "So, What's your quirk?" Gon giggled. "Only if you tell me yours! Otherwise it wouldn't be fair and the fight would be sooo boring if it was one sided!" Mirio blinked in surprise. "Permeation" Gon thought for a moment, then squinted. "I can't remember what that word means" He thought some more, then had to abort because his ears started to steam. Eh, I'll figure it out! "Well, mine's called Jajanken" then he paused. "Wait- uh. Hm..." Mirio paused, then looked back with a curious expression. "something wrong?" He rubbed the back of his head. "Well. Jajanken's kind of like- my... special move? I don't actually know what my quirk's called. It's just what I use it for most of the time" Mirio's eyes lit up. "You already have a super move?" that's what they're called around here? Gon nodded. "Yeah!"

They walked into an open room, and he kept chattering on. "So I started training since I was twelve and Bisky said we needed to have a super move thingy when we were 13ish. It was really hard to come up with mine but now I'm really good at it and stuff!" Nezu waved. "Welcome!" He brightened, then bounced over to the principal. Gon beamed then bounced a little on his feet. "Thank you so so much! I'm so excited!" He squealed, then leapt up high and tapped the high ceiling before landing a few meters away from his opponent. "So! Rules?" Mirio smiled. "no killing each other" He beamed. "That means your gonna go all out right?" Mirio blinked. "You want me to?" He nodded, no amount of tempering would be able to control the gleam in his eyes. "I won't use my Jajanken though, I don't won't to destroy the place" there was silence for a few seconds. "I doubt-" Gon growled. "Fight me!" as soon as the words left his mouth, he was gone. Before he could activate En, Mirio was in front of him with a punch to the gut. Ow- He flew back, Gon had managed to use Ko to protect himself but the force still sent him flying a few meters. He was on the floor, blinking. "POOWWWERRRRR!" Gon grinned, then activated Zetsu and leapt up as his back was turned. Why isn't he wearing his clothes? Gon didn't dwell on it, he landed a solid punch then leapt back, not too hard of course. "Who said I'm done yet!"
