Save Me from the Dark (Old)

Update

So not actually an update for the story, but I felt like y'all deserved an update on what's going on. For awhile I lost interest in actually writing this story, largely due the natural decline of the Bleach fandom after the manga ended. Then I started college and didn't have time between class work to do what I wanted. However, because of the renewal of the anime and the new chapter released I've found motivation to start rewriting the storyline to line up more with the cannon timeline and events. A lot of what I had previously written was before we learned the true origins of Ichigo's powers, so I'd like to try and incorporate some of what was revealed in the Thousand Year Blood War arc. I hope everyone is excited as I am for both the renewal no they anime and this series. I love how all of y'all have supported me and this story over the years, and I hope that I can continue to better the story to make it even more enjoyable for all of you readers.

Now for some spoilers for the rewrite:

I plan for it to take place after Ichigo loses his powers from the Final Getsuga. I feel there's a lot of room to incorporate some interesting plot lines in this time period.

Ichigo's Quincy heritage will be included, but I don't plan on including Ywach or the other Quincys at the moment.

We keeping our Ichihime strong in this house, so I'm definitely on upping the fluff. More cute moments! Slow burn? ABSOLUTELY! You will suffocate in the obliviousness of our beloved red heads.

Better pacing and writing is a must, and I can guarantee it's improved since the first chapter I wrote for Save Me From the Dark.

I don't know what I'm going to do with OCs I previously added in. If they make an appearance it'll probably just be a quick cameo.
