"i'm so sad, i don't wanna leave the beach," mark pouted as he stood in the sand for the last time.
easy to say everyone was a bit emotional. the trip made them grow closer than ever, and them leaving just meant summer was over and it was time to go back to their lives.
"i don't wanna leave you guys, i think i might cry." isla said as she swallowed back the tears that wanted to fall.
jaemin laughed, "this isn't the last time you'll see us, goofy, wipe your tears."
he playfully ruffled isla's hair as her watery eyes blinked away the tears. after everyone finished packing their bags inside of their cars, it was time to say goodbye.
isla pulled everyone she was leaving into hugs and once it was time to go to jeno, she tried pulling away but he wouldn't let go.
"okay, you can let go now," she said, her voice muffled from being her face pushed into his chest.
