It had been a long first few weeks at school, especially with Moody placing Harry under the imperious cures four times during class. Harry had to focus on throwing off the curse and keep him occlumency walls in place. Thank lady magic for Hermione, she would keep Ron, Seamus and Dean in the common room while he was up in their dorm fixing up the cracks in his shields. Wednesday was less than impressed with the whole situation, "If that inane, do gooder, thinks he can control you- mmhmmh." Harry clasped a hand over Wednesday's mouth as Dean and Seamus passed a little too close to each other. They were currently outside doing the homework by the black lake after Harry's runes class.
"Shrike, I understand your angry, I am as well, but we cannot lose our heads just yet. We have to play the long game," He took his and away from Wednesdays mouth after she bit him. Not from pain but from simply no longer needing to silence her.
"How have you been able to play this long Mon Cher?" She grumbled.
"Easy, I see an image at the end, and it ends with me killing the old fool and burning this place to the ground," he grins sadistically spacing out for a moment. "It's a beautiful sight, there's so much blood and everything is ablaze," he laughed maniacally falling back on the grass. Wednesday smiled at the wonderful slight of Harry laying back with insanity burning in his eyes, his green eyes practically glowing in the shade as his hid his porcelain complexion from the sun, the only imperfection being a dark bruise on his neck that she left there only moments ago and the infamous scar on his forehead.
Times like these seemed to be even rarer here than when they were at Camp Chippewa especially with Ron tailing Harry everywhere he went like a lost puppy. It took them over and hour just to lose him for this time together.
"You know," Harry said leaning up on his elbows, "You've marked me, it only seems fair that I return the favor." Before she got the chance to answer beyond a smirk Harry sat up kissing her lips, trailing his way down to her neck, biting down hard and lapping up the blood that he drew. Wednesday crawled on top of him straddling his lap digging her long black nails into his shoulders effectively breaking the material of his button up and skin.
Harry let out a small groan, but the sounds of pleasure were soon replaced but that of annoyance when he heard Ron and Ginny calling out to him. Why Ginny was coming near him he would never know, he had understood the kiddy crush when she was eleven, but she was thirteen now almost fourteen, she needed to grow up and leave him alone. What was it going to take for her to realize she had no chance with him? Wednesday huffed in annoyance, she wanted to stab them, but remembered that Harry told her to play the long game. She leaned her head on his shoulder to hide her distain. He held her waist and looked up with a scowl. Ron and Ginny were stomping over to him Hermione and Pugsley behind them shouting to leave the two alone.
"Sorry Harry," Hermione hissed. "They wouldn't stop."
"It's fine sister, what do you want?" He asked the red heads harshly.
"You've got to stop running off mate," Ron growls.
Harry raised an eyebrow, "last I checked lady magic gave me legs so I could use them." He sassed as Wednesday bit down on his shoulder to keep from laughing. "I've barley gotten a moment alone with my Shrike since the start of the term.
"Be that as it may," Ginny chimed in pompously. "You can't just run off to snog her every five minutes," Ginny was not skilled at hiding anything whatsoever, her distain for the Addams girl clear.
"Shes my girlfriend I can snog her whenever I want."
Wednesday had a different approach and crawled off Harry's lap and stood up in front of Ginny. She wasn't much taller, but she was intimidating to say the least. "What did you say you in competent-mhmmm," Harry covered her mouth again leading to her biting him, drawing blood this time.
It barley fazed him, and he made a show of licking the blood off his hand just to freak out the red heads. "What Wednesday meant is, control your tone Ginevra, I thought you were over your silly celebrity crush. Surely going to school with me must have squashed your expectations after all I'm just plain' ol Harry." It had been four years many of the student body was no longer star stuck by Harry sure there were the occasional first year but after being in school with him and knowing how 'average' he appeared it wasn't a big thing anymore. Ginny's face lit up, but he wasn't sure if it was embarrassments or rage.
"But she bites you and scratches you," she tried to act sincere, as she made a move to touch the bruise on his neck. "She, hurts you."
"That's not from her hand, That's hickey," he said swatting away her hand. "I gave her one just now as well," he smirked. They saw the bruise blooming on her pale neck, "and the scratches were welcome and felt about as hard as a pin prick to me." He shrugged, "We're just marking what's ours. Right Mione."
Hermione blushed deeply, "I have no clue what you mean."
Wednesday laughed coldly, "we saw you earlier," her and Pugsley had been in the great Hall during their free period and Pugsley had allowed her to write her name on his wrist for no real reason. The boy just grinned running his hand along her name as Hermione's face lit up like an untrimmed rose.
"You saw nothing," she insisted before running off.
"Wait! Take them with you-" Harry shouted after her but she ignored him and left Pugsley, Ron and Ginny standing in front of the couple.
"Pugsley drag them away or I'll never again assist in you quest to be electrical like Uncle Fester," he nodded putting his hands up in surrender.
"What he can't force us-" Ron was cut off as Pugsley treated him like a soccer ball kicking him forward and grabbed Ginny but the hair who yelped and screamed the whole way to the castle.
Harry huffed, "That's that for now. Where was I?" He re-adjusted Wednesday back onto his lap trailing down from her neck this time to her collar bone, unbuttoning the top two buttons of her shirt. Wednesday shuttered as his cold hands brushed her collar. Once he fumbled them open his hands returned to her side and trailed up her back.
Both were oblivious to the sound of the bell chiming for lunch, to stuck in their own world as Wednesday fumbled with the buttons on his shirt. Where Whisp went, they didn't know. Colin Creevey saw Harry and the Ravenclaw. His eyes grew wide, he saw the attraction between the two, but he didn't think it would be to that extent. He made his way over awkwardly, slightly uncomfortable by the outright P.D.A and possible intent of exhibitionism although he sincerely doubted, they would get that far, the Potters and the Addams were nothing of not respectable wizarding families and would never do something like that so young, "Harry?"
The boy groaned, "What do you imbeciles want now-" He removed his girlfriend from his lap, about half of the buttons of his shirt undone making his scared chest partially visible. "Oh, it's just you Colin," he relaxed. Colin and Harry had come to and understanding and were actually quite good friends. "What's the deal."
"The bells ringing, and I noticed you were rather unbothered, but the other schools are coming today Dumbledore will want us all there," he sneered.
Harry had released Collin from a mental compulsion, which was forcing him to worship the ground Harry walked on, back in his third year allowing Colin to mellow out. The poor third year was traumatized from the headmaster and officially hated him almost as much as Harry did. He was a fan of Harry's at the time just not to the extent that Dumbledore had made him out to be.
"Right, I'm still a pawn," he said almost as if just remembering the fact. He helped Wednesday up, "let's go sing the song of enslavement," he rebuttoned his shirt and walked back to the school with his girlfriend and the younger boy.
"Hey, Harry, you know Luna Lovegood is right?" Colin asked awkwardly
"Yeah, she's like my sister."
"Do you think you could get her to talk to me?"
