When Harry had mustered up enough strength to get back to Gryffindor tower, he kissed Wednesday goodnight and was followed back by Fred, George, Colin, Neville and Hermione. Luna and Wednesday walking to Ravenclaw tower, Pansy, Draco and Pugsley making their way to the dungeons, and Cedric making his way towards the kitchens. Harry walked in and was met with the empathetic looks of his house mates.
Many of them made their way towards the group of six accidently knocking Colin, who was quite small for a third year, out of the way. Hermione caught the small boy before he hit the ground and pulled him back wrapping her arms around him protectively. "We've just checked the rules," Katie Belle one of his quidditch mates said holding up a rather large book. "They absolutely have to emancipate you." Katie really liked Harry, they have become very good friends on the team being the closest in age and he had always made her laugh.
"Otherwise, Dumbledore's braking about a dozen Laws," Lee Jordan, one of the twins' friends and dormmates added. "And he'd never do that."
Harry let out a bitter laugh, "The man kidnapped me as a toddler. I don't put him above this."
"Kidnapped you!?" Seamus asked in shock.
"Harry was supposed to go to Sirius Black," Hermione said keeping a firm hold on Colin. "Harry was taken to the muggles very late October 31st or very early November 1st in 1981. Sirius Black wasn't convicted until late in the day of November 2nd meaning Harry should have gone to Sirius Black before the muggles. Dumbledore ordered Harry's kidnapping."
"And" Harry Continued off of her before anyone could protest, because Sirius was still considered a criminal. "My Parents will was never read. Meaning the actual truth of who really betrayed my parents was never seen, no trial, no proof, no freedom," he growled.
The house murmured amongst each other for a moment, "that's ridiculous he saved you!" Ginny shouted."
Harry fixed a glare on her, "if there was no trial there is no proof, actually I counter that because there is proof my parents will!" he snapped. "I have it, I found it in my vault."
"And?" Dean asked.
"Sirius should have taken me," is all he said. "Or professor Lupin, Or Alice Longbottom, or Professor McGonagall, literally everyone under the sun was listed. Bloody hell even Narcissa Malfoy was listed before the Muggles." There was a ripple of gasps, "Bottom line. I was Kidnapped." His fist clenched at his sides, "I don't even know if my other mother is really dead." It was well known that the Potters had a triple wedding. Everyone knew about Andrea Daring, and everyone knew that she had dropped off the face of the earth the night Lily and James died. they had never found her body, and no one had seen her since Sirius had left that night. Harry sniffed, shook his head and left the common room. Nobody missed the burns left on the wooden stairs leading up to the boy's dormitory.
As soon as he got to his dorm Ron showed his true colors, finally. It gave Harry every reason to drop him. "How did you do it?" Harry raised an eyebrow at him but didn't answer just went over to his bed, slipped off his shoes and opened a book. "Never mind. Doesn't matter. You could have let your best friend know though."
"Even if I did put my name in the Goblet, I wouldn't have told you. You're not my best friend." He flipped a page in a book on poisonous plants Neville gave him. He looked up with a dark look and glowing eyes, "Hermione is," he looked back down.
"You know bloody well what?" He asked threateningly, or what he thought was threateningly.
"What?" Ron said nothing, "yeah because you have nothing, your moral clock while unbalanced keeps you from doing some of the things I would do with no problem."
"I'll tell them you have Sirius Black," he tried to jab.
"Good luck because they'll never get any proof," he grinned madly.
Ron reeled a fist back, just as he was going to make contact with Harry another hand caught him. It was Neville. He, Seamus, and Dean were coming up for bed and walked in at that very moment. Seamus and Dean pulled Ron back. "What the bloody hell is wrong with you?" Neville asked bending his arm back.
"What the Bloody Hell is wrong with me? What the Bloody Hell is wrong with him? He's the one who entered his name illegally."
"What reason would he have for that," Dean snapped. "He's already famous and the Potters were already rich. He does need any of this." He glared as he pushed Ron back on to his bed and out of Neville's grasp.
Harry walked back towards the door, "Not sleeping in here tonight," He grumbled. As he walked out the door, he unnoticeably flicked his wrist making Ron collapse back on to his bed unable to move at all. Neville snickered quietly as the door closed behind Harry.
He made his way to the Ravenclaw Common room, "You live in a one-story house made entirely of redwood. What color would the stairs be?" The painting asked Harry. He had come numerous times last year to see Luna, so she had stopped asking why he was here.
"There are no stairs it's a one-story house."
Her walked into the circular common room, most of the older kids were still up, "Hi Harry" a fifth-year girl, Cho Chang smiled at him.
"Hey Cho, do you know where Wednesday is?"
She nodded, "Shes in the reading nook with Luna."
"Thanks," There was a huge communal bookshelf in the Common room that had a passageway behind it that could be accessed by pulling a book. The Ravenclaws had turned into a reading nook.
Harry walked through the passage silently as he listened to Luna's melodic voice list off all the different type of blood curses, "I feel like I'm missing one."
"You are the Maledictus curse."
Luna pointed to Harry having recognized his voice. "Right, I forgot about that one," Luna was sitting crisscross in a pair of fuzzy PJ pants talking to Wednesday who was also in sleep wear
Harry dropped himself next to Wednesday curling into her neck, "What's wrong Raven?" She asked putting down the candle she was carving a rune into and started petting his hair.
He pushed himself closer and snarled, "Weasley, the Arsehole kept saying I put my name in the damned Cup. Tried to Punch me too."
Wednesday's eyes widened, and she stood, Harry had to use all his strength and some magic to get her back down. He was still very weak from life with the Durley's, "How dare he try to lay even a single finger on you," She went off on a malicious tangent claiming that she would Scalp, and skin Ron then roll him in salt.
"How about we put him in the spanish boot?" Luna suggested. At Harry's questioning glance she elaborated, "it's a metal boot that basically nailed to you filled with cool water and heated over a fire until the water boils aggressively."
"I know what it is I'm just surprised you chose that of all things."
"I like this Angry girl," Wednesday smirks.
"In any case," Harry said. "I left him with Neville," he told the pulling Wednesday back down.
Luna nodded in approval, "that's just as bad as the spanish boot."
