Where I began (My Pokemon Journey)

~First Battles~

  Bianca stood at the other side of the room and took her pokeball in hand. "Oh! Wait, ah!" She yelped as she stumbled. Cheren looked down and shook his head while Guu just laughed. Bianca put the pokeball in her bag and giggled. "Sorry Tepig! I forgot!" She told her new partner. "Come Tepig! Let's show em what we've got!" She exclaimed extending her arm out and point at Guu. "Sure Bianca! Show us. Let's go Oshawott!" Guu cheered fist bumping the air. 

  Oshawott and Tepig leaped out in front of the two in fighting stances, ready to battle. "Oshawott use tackle!" Guu ordered. "Osha!" Oshawott yelled as he rushed towards Tepig and hit him. Tepig retaliated with the same attack, landing it as well. "Tackle again!" "Use tail whip Tepig!" The small pig like creature wagged his tail in Oshawott's direction and proceeded to get hit in the process. Guu laughed into they're hand as Bianca huffed. The battle kept going.

 Tackles and tail whips being the only fired at each other. Since the Pokémon only knew those two attacks. Guu and Oshawott ended up winning the battle. "Yes! We did it!" Guu cheered. "Osha! Osha!" Oshawott cheered as well, jumping into Guu's arms. "Wow. . ." Bianca said. "Guu, you're gonna be an awesome trainer someday! I can tell! No doubt!" She praised. 

  "I mean I beat you. Who says I'm not already." They laughed. "Uh. . . Bianca, would you take a look around.?" Cheren asked/told her. And she did. "Wh-whoa! What happened!?" She asked in shock. Guu looked up to see that they're room had been destroyed during the battle. "Oh. . .might have gone a little over board, heh." They said awkwardly, waiting for Cheren to yell at them for not listening to him. Instead they heard Bianca's voice. 

  "Wow! Pokémon are amaaaaazing!! So little, but so strong!" she stated jumping up and down. "I'm so glad that I get to have a Pokemon!" She laughed. ". . .Oh. Um, sorry about your room Guu." She apologized. "Don't worry about it B, my room's usually a mess anyways." Guu replied with a chuckle. Cheren walked up to Bianca and put a hand on her shoulder. "You. . .are completely hopeless." He told her. "Here! I'll restore your Pokémon for you." He sighed taking a potion out of his bag. 

  "Come here Tepig," He called the Pokémon over. "Where did you get that from?" Guu asked, they're curiosity spilling out. "I always have healing supplies on me. You never know when someone my need it." He explained as he waved for Oshawott to come over as well. He sprayed the two down and they soon looked much more energized then they previously had. "Thanks dude." Guu said with a smile. Suddenly Bianca gasped. "Hey, Cheren! How about you battle, too? With all you know, I'm sure you can battle without turning the room into a disaster area like I did!" She told him nudging his shoulder. 

  "I believe you're right!" Cheren said, his confidence obviously rising. "It'll be no problem for me to keep the room from getting any messier. Besides, it's not fair if you two are the only ones who get to have fun battles!" He said as he pushes his glasses up higher onto his face. He walked to the other side of the room while Bianca stood to the side. "It's decided. You'll be my opponent. . .in our first Pokémon battle!" He cheered. "You mean your first battle." Guu smirked. "Whatever!" He scoffed rolling his eyes. "Let's see what you can do Snivy!" He said looking down at his partner. 

  "Okay then. Ready for round two Oshawott?" Guu asked, to which Oshawott ran out in front of them and struck a pose, making them giggle. The battle started and ended as soon as the last. Guu coming out with the victory once again. "I made a strange blunder in my first battle, but this feeling I have. . ." Cheren sighed and clutched his chest. "I'm finally a trainer." He said with a soft smile. "But first, we'd better go apologize to your mother about this messed-up room." He said looking up a Guu. "Oh shoot! Your right, man she's gonna be so mad." They said as Cheren and them ran downstairs. "Oh! I'd better come, too!" They heard Bianca yell from upstairs.

  As they arrived downstairs they saw Guu's mom in the living room watching TV. She turned her head and saw the three at the bottom of the stairs. "Oh, hello you three!" She smiled. 'Oh no we're about to ruin her mood.' Guu thought and let out a disappointed sigh. Bianca patted Guu's back as Cheren started to explain what had happened upstairs. "I'm very sorry about all the trouble, ma'am." Cheren apologized after explaining everything. "Well, um. . .we can clean up. . ." Bianca stepped up. 

  "Cleaning up? No worries. I'll take care of it later." Guu's mom said politely. They're jaw dropped, they're mother was never this polite when they had made a mess without anyone over. Not that they weren't thankful, just surprised. "Shouldn't you be on your way to meet Professor Juniper?" She asked the three. "Yes, thank you! Please excuse us." Cheren replied. "Come on. Let's go thank Professor Juniper." He said gesturing for the other two to follow him out of the door. The two didn't budge. 

  He assumed they had more to say to Guu's mother so he said this, "I'll be waiting in front of the Pokémon Research Lab." "Oh! Wait! I've gotta go home first." Bianca said in a rush. She ran over to the door with Cheren then spun around. "Thanks for having us over!" She said and waved back at Guu and they're mother then got out the door. Cheren waved them goodbye and walked out the door behind her. Guu's mother turned to look at them, "My, my Guu. Pokémon battles are so lively aren't they?" She asked them. "Heh, yeah they really are. Not to mention a bit stressful." They sighed. "I could hear the Pokémon's cries clear down here! Hm, that sure reminded me of my first Pokémon battle." Guu's mom put a hand on her cheek and closed her eyes, reminiscing. 

  "Oh, and you know? After a battle, you need to rest your Pokémon!" She grabbed an potion from the cupboard and sprayed Oshawott with it. "Your Pokémon is looking great!" Guu's mom giggled. "Thanks mom." They replied, she nodded. "Now if you're going out, don't forget your "cross-transceiver"! She handed the transceiver to Guu, who gladly took it and put it in they're bag. "You're going to thank the professor too, right? They're mom asked. "Of course!" "Better get going honey!" She said. "Your right! Thanks mom, love you!" Guu said as they ran out the door. 

And Oshawott in they're arms, they ran off to go find the professor.
