The sound of siren blared throughout the whole country echoing through the night sky as people screamed and panicked. This is it, they're all done for. Dream took control over Tubbo's nuke and had fired it towards their direction. Tubbo peaked at the window to see his own creation fly towards the atmosphere and disappear from his sight. He moved towards Michael's bed and lifted up his child who, despite all the noise, was still slumbering. He stared at his child's peaceful sleeping face as the youngling held onto his shirt, sucking one of his thumb.

"I'm sorry I couldn't provide you a safe place." He whispered as tears started to fall down his face. Tommy busted through the door looking around the room, Ranboo following closely behind.

"Run Tubbo! We have to go now!" Tommy screamed as he grabbed onto one of Tubbo's arms. Tubbo didn't budge and gave his two friends a sad smile. The two were frozen, they had never seen Tubbo this sad before.

"Even...even if we run we can't escape our doom. The nuke was designed to create a greater explosion compared to the ones that exploded in l'manburg. Las Nevadas, Snow Chester, Kinoko Kingdom, all these places are on the nuke's range. Even if we run now we'd not make it. No bunkers could withstand this explosion, there's no escape." Tubbo explained, slowly sitting on the floor cradling Michael in his arms. Tubbo closed his eyes as he mentally counted his final time with his son and two of his best friends.

"It's all my fault, I am sorry." He whispered, words could barely be heard through the alarms still screaming high pitch.

Both Tommy and Ranboo slowly sat beside the eldest, the taller lying his head on Tubbo's shoulder while the other leaned his head on the wall.

"Nothing is your fault, Tubbo. No one expected for Dream to actually use it against everyone." Tommy whispered, giving the older's head a light pat as tears streamed on his face as well.

"But isn't that what Dream loves to do? Take whatever we value away from us?" Ranboo whispered.

"This time, it's much worse. He was too blinded by his greed. He was willing to sacrifice everything." Tommy sighed.

"Sapnap, George, he was willing to lose them." the youngest added. Tubbo hugged Michael closer to his body, he can't help but feel responsible for everyone's death.

"15 seconds." Tubbo whispered as he hears the roaring sound of the nuke locked in on their direction.

"I'm glad I met you three." Ranboo whispered, closing his eyes as he counted down.

"I guess I'll see you guys in another life. Hopefully we'd see each other then. Hopefully no nukes in that lifetime Toby." Tommy chuckled humorlessly as he too laid his head on Tubbo's shoulder, closing his eyes tightly as more tears threatened to spill.

"You'd be surprised on the things I'd do just so I'd meet you guys in the next life." Tubbo smiled.

The sky became bright as if it was day again even though it was 1 am. The screaming of people and the blaring siren replaced by the boom of a loud explosion shaking the lands as blinding light enveloped the entirety of the place.

Even in his death Tubbo blames himself. He has no one else to blame but himself.
