Not Expected That (Namjoon story)

Those three days with Jongkook

In the morning, Jongkook suggested that I go with him to work so I didn't have to stay alone. I reminded him that I don't have any clothes.

"Namjoon dropped off a suitcase with your things about an hour ago." He tells me.

"He did? That's sweet of him." I said.

"Yeah it is. Now go get ready. We leave in an hour and a half." He said.

Smiling, I nodded. I took a shower and got ready in about 30 minutes. While Jongkook got ready, I got my small backpack ready. We left about 20 minutes beforehand. When we got to the set of Running Man, Jongkook introduced me to everyone. They welcomed me and acted as if they all known me for years. Jongkook acted as an interpreter for those who didn't speak English. I get a phone call which I answered.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hi, noona." Kookie said, happily.

"Hi, Kookie. How are you?" I asked.

"I'm good but I miss you." He tells me.

"I miss you too." I said smiling.

"I wanted to apologize for how I acted yesterday. It wasn't how I should of reacted." He said.

"Kookie, it's ok. I know and I appreciate it." I said.

We talked for about another half hour before we hang up. I sent a good morning text to the rest of the guys in our group text. They all quickly replied. I watched the cast shoot the show. Once the shooting was over, Jongkook came over with someone.

"This is one of the producers of the show. He wants to know if you could help with one of the shows. They want to start doing a show relating to Mexico and it's culture." He tells me.

"Yeah sure. I would love to help." I tell him with a smile.

"Good, tomorrow we'll have to come." He said.

"Of course." I said smiling.

Jongkook tells the producer what we talked about. Smiling, he thanked me. Jongkook helped me with a response. The cast members invited me and Jongkook out for dinner which we agreed to. I sat down in between Jongkook and Haha. I talked to Haha through an app that translates the conversation in the moment.

(I don't know if there really is an app like that but let's pretend that there is lol)

He asked me questions about my life which I answered. He tells me about himself. After dinner, we went to Jongkook's place. We got ready for bed. The next day, I went to a meeting with the producers. I noticed that we were going to use the same app that me and Haha used last night.

We even talked about me being a part of shooting for that episode. I tell them that I'll gladly be there but they will have to talk to Bang PD which they nodded to. After a few hours, the meeting ended. Luckily Jongkook was waiting for me. He gives me a hug which I returned.

"Do you want to go shopping for a bit before going home?" He asked.

"Sure let's go." I tell him, smiling.

We went to the mall and shopped. 30 minutes later, we hear someone call out tia. I turned and see my twin nephews running towards me. I knelt down and held out my arms. They ran into my arms and hugged me. Laughing, I hugged them back. My sister and brother-in-law walked up to us.

"Hello, I'm y/s/n, y/n's sister and this is my husband, Jaeho. These are our sons, Minsun and Minjun." Y/s/n said.

"Hello, I'm Jongkook." He replied.

We talked for a bit before they had to leave. Smiling, I shake my head. We went home after a bit. After we got home, we ordered food before changing into our pijamas. Jongkook wanted to watch some scary movies.

"Fine but if I use you as a shield, scream or whatever, that's on you." I tell him.

"Ok that's fine." He said, grinning.

He got the food while I set everything up. As we watched the movie, we ate. Whenever I got scared, I would grip Jongkook's thigh. He would chuckle every time i did that. After watching 3 scary movies, we decided to go to sleep. As we lay down, I was still shaking in fear. Jongkook noticed before pulling me into his arms.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Of course." He replied.

"Thank you." I said.

The very next day, his mom called to see if we could have breakfast with her which we agreed to. After that, Jongkook helped me get groceries for the dorm before he had to do some work. I thanked him for everything. He pulls me into a hug which I returned.

"You're my best friend. It was nothing." He tells me.
