"Guys, guys listen! How do you count cows?"

"How?"

"With a cow-culator."

Y/N laughed her ass off at how funny it sounded, but as she looked up whipping the tears away, she saw her teammates faces all serious.

"What? It was hilarious!"

"It was awful! You gotta stop with these! You stopped the practice just to say this!"

"I give Y/N credits it's been the funniest this week!"

"Why didn't you laugh then?"

"Hey don't attack me now, I was just trying to cheer her up!"

"Yah! Guys your bullying me way too much this week!"

"Keep the crazy talk to yourself or else I'm telling coach to give Aiko your spot."

That left Y/N speechless, but soon enough she smiled again.

"Get your ass on the court, we have a practice game tomorrow don't forget about that!"

"Aiy Aiy captain!"

Y/N skipped on the court going to her position. Her role on the court is getting the ball on the other side at other words she plays as spiker. She loves that position, being able to jump and sometimes carry the team, she loved everything about being a spiker.

"Chance ball!"

Y/N took her position ready to jump, just waiting for the ball to come. She saw her teammate hitting the ball up giving it to the setter, and soon enough came to spotlight for Y/N. She jump up and hit the ball with all her power, watching as the ball hits the ground no one being able to save it.

"Oh yeahhh thats how you play!"

"Oh wow Y/N your amazing you beat your own teammate!"

"Hey, it's still a game!"

There was muffled voices at the entrance as they looked back and saw college girls coming in.

"Let's pack up girls and leave, I guess Collage girls are coming to practice now!"

Y/N and girls packed their stuff ready to leave, but heard a voice calling them. As they turned around they saw some of the Collage girls running up to them.

"Good luck on tomorrow's game."

"Yeah we wish all the best!"

Y/N and the team just bowed and said their thanks and left the gym. It was sunny and warm outside, summer really is the most enjoyable and beautiful season.

"Hey I'm going to the convenience store, anyone wanna join?"

"Oh sure Y/N I was planning to go there anyways."

"Ok then, bye everyone see you tomorrow!"

"Don't even think about oversleeping or pulling an all-nighter Y/N or else I will kill you!"

"Yes, yes captain!"

They all went separate ways, Y/N and Ahmya heading to convenience store. As they walked it was silence, but suddenly Y/N started humming some melody, her hands in her pocket as the sport bag was lazily hanging on her shoulder.

"Hey Y/N don't you think captain is too strict on you?"

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"I mean she always talks with you strictly it almost feels like she is bullying you."

"Hey there! Isn't she like that with everyone? She is like a stone who doesn't like jokes, that's all. She is awesome in her own way too hahah so don't worry."

Y/N was trying her best to suppress the negative thoughts Ahmya had. She doesn't feel like Aia is bullying her or being rude towards her. She is like that with everyone she is strict and likes all of them in their places that's way she is the teams captain.

"Hey Y/N-san I always wondered how can you stay so positive all the time? I mean when someone yells at me at the practice my mood suddenly disappears and I'm being all gloomy."

"Oh it's easy. Yelling is a lesson for you, you learn from it and do your best to not make the same mistake again, no need to get all gloomy because of that. And me being positive.... Mm mm I don't know its just the way I am."

Yet again Y/N started humming the same melody. Soon enough they reached their destination and walked inside the store.

" Hey Y/N! Oh I see you brought your friend with you this time!"

" Yap! She's my teammate Ahmya."

Ahmya bowed and saw Y/N casually go in the small store and disappear behind the sections. She followed Y/N right after she greeted the owner of the shop.

Ahmya found Y/N getting protein and energy drink with some chocolate bars. She watched as she casually walked around the store completely unaware that Ahmya is with her.

"Hey Y/N-san, I will go and get my stuff now."

Ahmya hesitated for a moment because she didn't receive an answer from Y/N. It felt like Y/N completely forgot that she was with her. After standing there for a second she turned around and walked away to get her own things.

For Ahmya going together with Y/N to the store was a big deal. She truly wanted to get closer to Y/N and become her friend, she always watches Y/N from the bench playing. She thinks Y/N is the coolest teammate on her team and always look up to her. But for some reason she feels like Y/N completely forgets about her almost like Ahmya faded away.

"This is all darling?"

"Yes that would be it."

Ahmya placed her stuff on the counter ready to pay, she looked around trying to find Y/N but she just couldn't hind her.

"Oh dear if your looking for Y/N she already paid and left."

Ahmya was taken back by the words! She truly didn't tought that Y/N would really leave her alone and just go without saying a goodbye. Her mood got all gloomy, she just paid for the products and said a goodbye to the owner and left the store.

But soon as she got outside a voice called for her. Her head turned to the side as her smile appeared on her face.

"Oh Y/N-san I thought you left."

"hahah oh no no I waited for you to get your stuff as you said you will. It was quite hot inside and it was better for me to wait for you outside. Anyways I bought this delicious popsicle 'Gari-gari kun want one?"

"oh sure thanks."

Ahmya was astonished, she thought Y/N completely forgot about her and actually left since it felt like she didn't heard or didn't even answered her in the store. There was no hope Y/N actually waited for her but when she saw her outside waiting for her it felt amazing.

"She actually heard me." Ahmya tought to herself and walked together with Y/N heading home. They talked and laughed together while walking, it was really fun and it was a slight hope for Ahmya to become a friend for Y/N.
