10. Y/N

"It was a good game to watch. They all are really strong its quite intimating."

"Yeah they are, anyways what do you think Aiko? Haven't heard from you since we arrived at the school."

They all looked at Aiko and waited what she is going to say. She looked kinda tired or uninterested in all of this.

"It was a good game."

It was a boring answer as she just shrugged her shoulders. Y/N saw it all and was really curious why is Aiko acting like this. It couldn't be something to do with the team, maybe it's just a personal issue?

They all left the school a while ago and walked back to hotel. It was quiet and peaceful as none of them talked or even made a sound.

Eventually it got boring for Y/N so she decided to speak up just to light up the mood.

"What if we practice at the beach? I haven't played at the sand at all, would be interesting."

"Good idea Y/N-shi."

Gina was the first one to agree and after that everyone else agreed. It was to the point when everyone speed walked to the hotel until they started to run.

"The last one arriving to the hotel will be a rotten egg."

They run laughing, until Y/N looked back and saw Aiko just walking not caring about the announcement. Y/N stopped and turned around to face Aiko and started to walk towards her, until she was stopped.

" Don't! I think she just need time for herself."

Y/N nodded and starts to run again. Maybe Aia is right, Aiko needs time for herself and who is she to interrupt her.

Y/N litterly passed everyone and was the first one to arrive back to hotel, running towards their room she unlocked the door and went in. She changed her clothes and made her hair up in high ponytail.

Just then everyone else arrived panting like crazy watching Y/N full with energy.

"Are you even human? I can't breathe because of this and your just jumping around. I don't think I will be able to play."

"Yeah same!"

"HEY HEY GUYS! GET UP AND GET READYYYY! I WANNA PLAY, I WANNA PLAY!"

"OK, ok just stop yelling! Geez!"

"You too Chuya I see you!"

"Leave me alone Y/N!"

Y/N took her water bottle and put on her shoes. She walked towards the door before turning around facing her team.

"I'm leaving to the beach, you guys get ready and come."

Y/N left, leaving her teammates alone. They all were laying down in bed not moving a muscle.

"Why is she telling us what to do! She's not the captain. Anyways who's idea it was to run here?"

"Aias"

"Oh I'm gonna murder you! Come here!"

"Oi Oi Chuya calm down! Hey leave me alone!"

Everyone watched as Chuya attacked Aia. They all laughed and went to help Aia by pulling Chuya away from her.

"Let's just get ready and go or else Y/N will annoy us the entire evening."

Y/N on the other hand was walking towards the beach looking at the sun. It was a beautiful sight to see, the skies were yellow and orange and water looked quite warm.

"Hey shortcake! What are you doing?"

She looked around until she saw her friend and other guys. Guess they were playing basketball.

"Oh hey! I'm waiting for girls to come, their getting ready, we decided to practice since we have a game tomorrow."

"Oh so that's your net? I wondered why is it here all of sudden."

"Yeah I guess the coach talked with owner."

Y/N was talking with Teppei before someone came and stood next to him, bringing Y/N's attention to him.

"Hey. I guess we haven't introduced each other. My name is Taiga Kagami."

Y/N was getting nervous but she knew she can't run away anymore so she just stayed cool.

"Hi, my name is Y/N L/N I'm 17 years old."

"Oh then your older than me! "

Kagami said bringing Y/N's attention back to him. Her eyes widen and she stood like a statue before someone placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey shortcake. Want me to carry you?"

That brought Y/N back to her sense as she looked at Teppei before nodding. She jumped on his back and laughed loudly. They walked towards the other guys, her hands wrapped around Teppeis neck and her head placed on his shoulder.

Everyone who didn't know they are friends would think they are a couple. But their liking was far from romantic, there were just friendly feelings. Between all that it was a friendship what they both missed while being part from each other.

It wasn't usual to see Teppei with a girl and same goes to Y/N. Yes she had some guy friends but nothing more.

"Hey Y/N! Wanna join us?"

Izuki waved his hand towards Y/N who jumped off of Teppeis back and fixed her clothes.

"She can't join us because she's training with her own team."

Y/N smiled brightly and looked at the guys as they watched her every step or it was something that Y/N felt.

"Yeah maybe some other time."

Y/N and Izuki both smiled until they all heard yelling at the distance as they looked back they saw the rest of the girls coming towards the beach.

"I swear if she just disappeared again I'm going to murder her!"

That was all that could be heard and Y/N already knew that it was Aia who said that. She got nervous and looked back at guys seeing them already looking at her.

"Haha I wish I could stay longer but as you can hear if I won't go the captain is going to murder me."

Y/N automatically run away towards the girls. Boys saw as Y/N was scolded by Aia before they looked at Hyuga.

"She's a lot like you actually."

"Oh shut your trap! I'm not like that."

"Yes you are."

They said in harmony surprising Hyuga. He was just ready to beat them all up.

"I'm not! And continue practicing!"
