What to eat so that you can lose your weight?

Yes, you got it right I am one of those people who love food and that's the reason I gain weight. So, when I was in the overweight category, I use to google what to eat so that I wouldn't gain weight (Are you getting my point, I was not much working out, I was finding a way that I eat and don't get fat) Lol 😂

I was in the overweight category a few months before and I was having some health issues, my doctor strictly told me to lose weight and that's when I decided to eat healthy food. I love pizza, burgers, and all the fast food in this world(it should be vegetarian though), so it was a difficult task for me to EAT HEALTHY.

It is a difficult task when you live away from your home, tiffin food can't be healthy and I only know how to cook fast food (because they are super quick to make).

I had lost 10 kg and my journey with weight loss start in March 2021, it was
not very hard for me because I don't emphasize too much on exercise, I do Yoga every day for about 45 minutes to one hour, and I don't eat after 6 pm, these things work for me. I would have lost more weight if I skip the cheat meal but it's difficult, earlier I use to have cheat meals almost every day (not gonna lie) but now I reduce it to once or at max twice a week. I still need to reduce 10 more kg and then I'll be in my ideal weight (according to my height).

I eat almost 5 or 6 times a day.
I start my day with water then have a cup of green tea, then eat my breakfast at around 7 or 7:30 am(mostly Sandwich or oats, sometimes noodles or pasta as well😋)

Then I have some fruits around 10 am and my lunch arrives at 11:30 am and then I have my lunch(mostly chapati, but I love rice more but if you want to lose weight wheat is a good option).
I eat some more fruits(mostly kiwi at this time) and then I eat salad at around 5:30 pm. I try to go to bed by 9 pm but I always end up sleeping late by 10 pm and then I woke up at 4:00 or 4:30 and then follow the same routine every day. 😑Boring I know.
