" Lisa, why does Madam Wang has been released? We got the evidence, is it?" Rosé heard when Wendy said about her mother had been released.

"I don't care that. If they plotted against me again, I will just teach them back." Lisa said casually. She already thought that Wang Family was not her opponent. She just rips off their credibility in front of others.

"See you tomorrow Lisa." They arrived at the point where they had to walk home separately.

"Okay. Talk care." Lisa said and walked to the Godly Herbs.

There was car parking in front of the Godly Herbs. She did not think much about that. She walked into the shop. Song Nan, as usual, was there taking care of the herbs.

"Miss Lalisa, Doctor Tang said you to go to his study room." Song Nan said when he saw Lisa entered the shop.

"Thank you, Uncle Song." She said politely.

She straight went to her grandfather study room. Arrived in front of the door, she knocked on the door. After she heard her grandfather's voice, she entered the room. She saw Mr. Chu and one stranger sitting in front of her grandfather.

"Come Lisa. Sit here." Grandpa Tang patted the sofa beside him.

She went beside him and sat there.

"This is my granddaughter, Lalisa. She is the one who wants to buy the land." Grandpa Tang introduced her to the two men in front of her. " Lisa, you already meet Mr. Chu. This is Mr. Jang. He will be a person in charge of buying the land."

She greeted Mr. Chu and Mr. Jang politely as a form of respect. "Hi, Mr. Jang. Nice to meet you. And Mr. Chu, long time no see you. Hope you are in great health."

Mr. Jang takes a liking to her politely behavior. "You are the one who wants the land beside the lake, the land at the nearby mountain and the land behind the market?'"

"Yes, Mr. Jang. I am interested to buy those lands." Lisa answered.

"Miss Lalisa, did you want to develop those lands?" Mr. Jang asked.

"Yes, I already have a plan for those lands." When she said that, they could see the happy look inside her eyes.

"Okay, then. Please take a look at this agreement. If you have something to say, please said it. We can discuss it." Mr. Jang pointed his finger at the file that placed on the table in front of her.

Lisa took that file and started reading. Her posture looked like a CEO who was reading her file. Her habit showed out. She looked very professional. Mr. Chu and Mr. Jang were speechless. Even though Mr. Chu already meet her before, he still shocked by her professionalism.

Lisa placed the file on the table back. She pointed at the term of payment. It stated that the buyer must pay the deposit first before signing the contract. She did not agree with that term.

"I would like you to change the payment term. I will pay full payment right after signing the contract." She did not want any lie in this purchasing.

"But..." Mr. Jang hesitated with this payment term.

"If Mr. Jang is afraid that I will cheat you, we can sign this contract at the bank. That way, you can get the money right away." Lisa smiled professionally.

Mr. Jang seemed in deep thinking. Lisa leaned to the sofa waiting to Mr. Jang decision. Grandpa Tang did not speak at all. He left all to her. At first, he thought to lend some help to her. However, when he saw her like this, he knew that she did not need his help.

"Okay, I agree. I will review back this contract and called you later for signing the contract. I will arrange the place to sign this contract. Hmm...do you agree with the price for those two lands?" Mr. Jang finally spoke out.

"Yes." Lisa already discussed the price for those lands with Mr. Chu. Mr. Chu helped her with that price.

"Okay, Miss Lalisa. A pleasure to make business with you. I will call you back." Mr. Jang stands up and shakes the hand with Lisa . She also did that with Mr. Chu.
