Inko and izuku midoriya were were in the clean and spacious doctors room waiting for the doctor to tell them what young 4 years old izuku's quirk was. To the shock of both of them the quirk doctor bluntly said "I'm sorry but you can't be a hero, Your quirkless so give up". "W-wwhat?" Inko stuttered in disbelief while izuku dropped his all might figure on the ground.
Izuku turned towards his mother with tears in the edges of his eyes "hey m-mum I can still be a hero without a quirk? Right?". Inko saw izuku's eye pleading for support from his dear mother. Inko got off her chair and kneeled down so she was eye level with the greenette and said "Izuku baby of course you can be a hero if you work hard on your dream it will come no matter what other people say".

The sweet moment between mother and son was rudely interrupted by the quirk doctor who was laughing hysterically at the words of inko. Without saying a word both mother and son left the office as the doctor continued to laugh.
The reason he was laughing was because 99.999% of the world population had some kind of ability call a quirk. People who don't have a quirk are seen as useless waste of space. Most quirkless people are known to commit suicide because of the way they are treated.
Timeskip next day
Katsuki Bakugo, Ochako Uraraka and Eijiro Kirashima stood next to the neighbourhood playground waiting for their "friend" Izuku to arrive. After a few minutes of waiting they heard the crunching of gravel that signified izuku's arrival. The three children turned to see izuku jogging up to them calling out their nick names "kacchan! teacchan! Kiricchan!".
