The day they've been waiting for is finally here, Matt and Sofia were turning one and Ej and Gina had everything planned out for them. It was going to be a CoComelon themed party, those two are obsessed with the show. Since day one that show was always able to calm them down if their parents weren't able to so let's see how this plays out.
In The Morning
Gina is woken up by her alarm at 7am, she had a busy day ahead of her and didn't want to waste a second of it. She sprung out of bed and to the bathroom waking up Ej in the process which is good cause he needed to be up anyways. She quickly brushes her teeth and washes her face with Ej following behind her with the same routine. Once they were both done, they looked at the baby monitor and saw that both of their babies were already up. They smiled at each other and rushed to the nursery. They opened the doors and both babies sprung to their feet reaching out of their cribs. They had gotten taller so recently they had to lower their mattresses on the inside so they couldn't climb out. Gina grabbed Sofia and Ej got Matt.
Gina: Hey there my birthday babies! How did y'all sleep!?
They babbled a bunch of random noises.
Ej: Wow you two even look one, did y'all grow over night *he kisses both of them*?
Gina: You guys are going to love the theme my little ones, heyyy one, you get it *she laughs?
Ej: You're so corny but I love it *he kisses her forehead*.
Gina: Heck yeah you do *she smiles*.
They bring the babies downstairs and sits them in their high chairs. Before they can even get the food out, multiple knocks are heard at the door. Ej opens it and is bombarded by their friends storming inside the house with gifts and stuff for the babies.
Kourtney: Happy first birthday TT's babies *she smothers them both with kisses*!
Sebbie: Someone pass me my babies *he smiles*!
Carlos gives him Sofia and Nini gets Matt. As they've gotten older, they have gotten to the point where they know who is who.
Gina: What are y'all doing up so early?
Carlos: You think we wouldn't be apart of process of helping you guys set up for these miracles right here??
Nini: No time is too early when it comes to these two.
Ricky: They mean the world to us and alsoooo since it's gonna be hard to set up for a party and watch these two, does it mean that I cannnnn...
Nini: Ok fine Richard, y'all can have your little trouble maker time with them of course if it's okay with Gina and Ej.
Ej: That's fine with me as long as it's not too crazy cause he's right, it would be hard to set up and watch them at the same time.
Gina: True point, ok Ricky you can have your fun with them but be careful. Once the kiddie area is set up, we'll text you to bring them back because then we can sit them in that until the rest of the party is done.
Ricky: YESSSSS!
Big Red: So what needs to be done first?
Gina: Well first they need to be fed because they haven't even eaten today. Many of the places that have our stuff for the party aren't even opened yet so we can just all chill here for the time being.
Kourtney: Dibs on feeding Matt!
Sebbie: Me with Sofia!
Ej: Guys they eat a lot more now, y'all can all take turns at this point. No need to start baby hogging *he laughs*.
