Forbidden Love

Chapter 2

~Gilbert family home ~

-Elena and Jeremy paint Alaric's room when Stefan enters-
"He's getting darker, huh?"

"It is the only color we had" -Responds Elena-

"That's what happens when he decides to paint your dead tutor's room in the middle of the night" -adds Jeremy-

"I guess no one tried to convince them not to do this so soon" -Stefan says-

"We have to keep moving. Otherwise, we will start to think and we don't want to think" - Elena replies-

"Do you want a hand?"  -Asks Stefan-

"So are you two together again or something?"  -Asks Jeremy-

"What? No, Jer. Just ..." -He tries to say-

"I was just checking them, seeing how they were, after, after. Everything" -It intervenes Stefan-

"We're fine. But, if you try to be the good boy again, why don't you do the right thing and give us one day, just one day without vampires" -Jeremy leaves the room-

"He didn't mean that" -Says Elena-

"Yes, he did" -The doorbell rings- "I'll go" -Stefan opens the door.  They are Damon and Bonnie.  Bonnie has a bloody neck bite mark-

"We have a problem" -Says Damon-

~ Gilbert family home, kitchen ~

-Bonnie, Damon and Stefan are together in the kitchen-

"What do you mean he came back? I thought you were guarding" -Stefan scolds him-

"It was not my fault" -Answers Damon-

"I had no idea what was happening. Well. The witches took me there. They wanted him to feed himself so that he would come back" -Explains Bonnie a little embarrassed-

-Damon looks at her and puts his arm around her- "It's no one's fault Bon-bon"

"So where is the bet now?"  -Asks Stefan-

"Oh, you mean the white oak one? The one that can kill an original and erase a whole line of vampires? We don't know" -Says Damon-

"I have been investigating and a witch cannot really make an immortal creature, there is always a way to undo the spell" -Explains Bonnie changing the subject-

"So what is witchcraft work?"  -Asks Damon-

"That's the problem. I don't know" -Answers Bonnie-

-After a while the doorbell rings.  Jeremy opens the door.  It's Klaus.

"What the hell you want?"  -Asks Jeremy-

"Is that some way to treat a guest?"  -Asks Klaus-

-Stefan joins Jeremy and Klaus- "What are you doing here, Klaus?"

"Well, for starters, young Jeremy here could show some manners and invite me inside" -Says Klaus-

"Why don't you go up to your room?"  -Asks Stefan looking at Jeremy who does what he asks, Damon approaches behind them-

"Hmm, poor boy. Lose a questionable father figure only to be replaced by the likes of you two" -Klaus scoffs-

"Yes, about that. Something happened" -Says Damon-

"Oh I know all about my mother's invulnerable little creation. That's why I'm here. I'm leaving town, I just need to pick up some road trip necessities. Spare tire, flashlight, doppelganger" -Says Klaus-
