On D-Day, Jay drove me to Heeseung's party. But the mood between us was still as cold as ever.
When we arrived, he was holding my hand while we were saying hi to our friends. But then, this guy started talking to Jay forever. So, I just let go of his hand for a moment to go get us drinks at the table, and to get out of this heavy atmosphere...
There, I met with Sunoo.
I was evidently very happy to see him and we started chatting. Inevitably, the discussion drifted to Jay:
"What happened the other day was hilarious," said Sunoo. "I thought your eyes were gonna spill out of their sockets! I didn't know you had this kind of side to you. Our kind and poised Jungwon, getting all agitated because of a rival!"
"It's not funny Sunoo. I hate this part of myself...and I can't control it." I sighed. "I thought everyone knew Jay was with me by now. Why did she have to come at him right in front of me?"
Sunoo shrugged. He took a sip of his drink, and suddenly exclaimed:
"Oh, get that! Speak of the devil."
Suddenly, all my gloom and worry disappeared, to once again, let place to pure anger.
Jiji had her hand on Jay's shoulder and was happily talking with him.
