Harry had become his regular self by the time Hermione had been cured. His care-free, funny, self. Sure, he actually was a teenager and was the Chosen One, but still, he felt, for once, safe. There was no dangerous threat this year. Believe it or not, the Dursleys were actually treating him fairly. They gave him fair meals, they didn't lock his stuff in the cupboard under the stairs, heck, it was bliss. The only thing he was worried about, was whether this was going to last. Harry amused himself as he imagined himself walking around with Draco Malfoy, making jokes, as a result of the huge changes. He had received a letter from Professor Albus Dumbledore the evening before. It had stated that Dumbledore would be coming to Harry's house to pick him up and take him somewhere special. Of course, Harry didn't know where.
"Potter!" He heard Dudley yell.
Harry groaned but rushed down the stairs.
"What d'you want, Dudley?" He asked as nicely as he could.
"Get me some more crisps from the kitchen, Potter!"
"At least say please," Harry said, rolling his eyes. He thrust a bag of crisps towards Dudley. Dudley caught it and said, "You can go now, Potter."
"Where are Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon?" Harry asked.
"They went to get Dad's watch fixed. Now go away."
Harry strode over to the stairs and walked to his room. He patiently waited for Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon to return. He had hidden some biscuits in a tin under his bed. He took them out and ate them. They did not fill his stomach at all. He drifted off to sleep, thinking about what Dumbledore wanted to show him.
