~*Chris' P. O. V*~
I slowly opened the door and peered my head in. Alex was laying down in a white hospital bed. The room looked the same as the one she was in months before, white and blue walls with multiple chairs against them, a few paintings. Only difference was that this room had two huge windows, both with the blinds half open, presenting the grey afternoon sky outside. It was most likely going to rain soon.
"Where were you?" Alex asked curiously.
I stood by her side and grabbed her hand.
"I'm sorry. I had to make a phone call. Where is everyone?"
"Em is in the bathroom, Ang and Devin went down to wait for Allie, Ryan, and Josh. Kylie is on the phone with Jess," she answered.
I noticed she was no longer in her black tank top and grey jeans. Instead she had on a blue hospital gown. I took my hand and moved a few strands of hair that laid on her face. She smiled but it soon faded when she started squeezing my hand and scrunching her eyes shut in pain.
"It's okay, it's okay. Easy," I said in a hush tone, trying to calm her down.
She grip loosened and her eyes opened again moments later. I placed my hand on the center of her stomach and said,"He'll be here soon."
She attempted a happy smile but she just looked miserable. A few moments of silence passed until Rebel and Kylie came back in.
"Jess and Ricky are on a plane now. They didn't want to miss this!" Kylie informed.
"No! They didn't have to do that. He never sees his nephew," Alex said in a guilty voice.
"He knew you'd say that. He doesn't mind. He wants to be here when your son gets here. By the way! He needs a name you procrastinators!" Kylie exclaimed.
I laughed a little. She was right though. He'll be here soon and he's still nameless. Ryan, Allie, Balz, Ghost, and Angelo joined us minutes later.
"Hey Al. How are yah feeling?" Balz asked.
"Had better days," she joked.
He smiled and said,"Little Josh'll be here soon!"
A slapped my palm against my face and said,"Dude, his name isn't Josh."
"You'll come around to it," he assured while sitting down next to Ryan in one of the many chairs.
"Need anything?" Allie asked her kindly.
"Other than have this baby, no."
Allie had a little smirk then joined Ryan and Balz.
*TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER*
Alex STILL hasn't had the baby yet. She's in so much pain. I hate seeing her like this.
Everyone but Balz, Ang, Rebel, and I went to the cafeteria. I was sitting next to Alexandria in one of the chairs I pulled next to her bed, holding her hand.
"Just hold on a little longer," I pleaded.
She was breathing harder than she was hours ago and had a light sheet of sweat on her face, neck, and chest.
"I know. I'm trying," she promised then said,"Oh god," before my hand was her squeeze device again.
"Ow!" She exclaimed.
Balz instantly came over and grabbed her other hand for her to hold.
"I'm getting a doctor in here," Angelo announced before quickly leaving the room.
Alexandria finally stopped suffocating our hands after he left.
"Geez Alex. You've got quite a grip. How have you putting up with that for almost four hours, Chris?" Balz complained to me.
"Ugh, don't remind me how long it's been," she begged, closing her eyes.
Angelo returned with Doctor Marie, an older blonde woman with short, curly hair, glasses, and a baby blue uniform.
"Alright Mrs. Cerulli. Let's see if you're ready," she said in a sweet voice, almost like a grandmother's.
Everyone stood on both sides of the bed so they didn't have to look at the doctor checking to see how much she was dilated.

"Okay Alexandria, you're ready. Ten centimeters," she said with a smile.
I'm about to have a baby....
"Let's get you to the delivery room."
Two other female nurses came in and wheeled the bed out of the room. Chris stayed by my side the whole time. We were taken down to the end of the hallway, took a left and came into the first room on the right.
Doctor Marie put on a pair of gloves as well as the other nurses who came to assist her.
"Alright Alexandria, push!" she instructed.
I did as I was told and began pushing. She counted down from ten then told me to stop. This whole process happened for about five to ten minutes until I knew I couldn't do this anymore. I can't, I quit.
"Come on Mrs. Cerulli. One more push," she said.
Chris looked me in the eyes and said,"Come on Alex. Just one more. You can do it."
"No, I can't. I can't," I replied on the verge of tears.
"I know you can. Just one more and it's over. Please," he pleaded.
I took in a deep breath and pushed again as hard as I could.
"Don't stop! Don't stop! Keep going! I can see him coming," she cheered.
"He's almost here. I can't stop," I thought to myself.
After almost a minute, I finally gave in and stopped. I knew he wasn't out yet.
Suddenly, I heard a small cry, causing my eyes to shoot from my sockets. There he was. Our son.
"And here he is," Doctor Marie announced.
Chris kissed my head and whispered,"You did it."
I sighed in relief and began to close my eyes.
