Chapter 20

~*Alexandria's P. O. V*~

The next few days I spent in the hospital were probably the most boring yet. I had my husband and my baby with me so I was fine. Now, we're on our way home in the expedition.

Chris drove and I sat in the middle seat with Brandan sleeping sweetly in my arms.

"How're you two doing back there?" Chris asked.

My eyes stayed locked on our sleeping son when I answered,"We're just fine."

"Almost home," I whispered to Brandan.

We finally pulled into the driveway and got out of the car.

"I'll get your bag, you take Brandan inside," Chris said.

I did as told and headed to the door. I twisted the knob and the door slowly crept open.

"SURPRISE!" multiple voice shouted across the room.

"The hell was that?" Chris questioned as he came up behind me.

Around the living room were party decorations(most likely the ones they put up when Chris and I came home after our honeymoon)and our friends in Blessthefall.

"Welcome home Mom and Dad!" Elliot shouted.

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked in an excited tone.

"All of the guys tweeted the picture of all of you in the hospital. You all looked like a Goth Brady Bunch if I may say," Jared answered.

"My words exactly!" Josh retaliated.

"We HAD to come!" Ellie cheered in her adorable, happy voice.

"My guess, Rebel decided to have this get together," I threw out.

"You bet!" She answered.

"Well don't just stand in the doorway. Get in here!" Kylie demanded with a sweet voice.

We all sat around hanging out on the couches and talking. Brandan was passed around the room like we were playing Hot Potato.

"God, he's probably the cutest baby I've ever seen," Ellie commented next to Beau who was holding our baby.

"I second that," he replied then said,"Don't get ANY ideas."

"Ha. You're funny," she teased.

"Ang said the same to me!" Rebel said, nudging his arm.

"I'm not having kids anytime soon," he defended.

"Neither am I!" she responded.

A few hours passed by quickly but fun. Jared, Elliot, Beau, Eric, and Mat all talked about their last tour.

"Some dude asked Beau to have his kids!" Elliot said, cracking up laughing.

"No clue how THAT would've worked but it would've been hilarious," Jared added as he joined the laughter.

I looked at Chris', Ricky's, Josh's, Angelo's, Devin's, and Ryan's faces. They all looked like they missed something. I knew exactly what that something was. Tour. That was their favorite thing ever to do. If it wasn't for me they'd be rocking the world right now.

"EARTH TO ALEX," a voice shouted.

I broke my thoughts and saw Beau trying to talk to me.

"Sorry. Just thinking."

"We gotta go guys. We'll see you all sometime soon,' he announced.

We hugged our friends goodbye and they piled out the door.
