"Mama....", that was Kristel's first word.
"Awww look at that! Kawaii desk!" ,Kristel's auntie, Mrs. Takuya said,looking at the new born baby.
Kristel was the cutest baby yet in the family, Therefore majority were struck by jealousy and hated her. Minority actually bothered to care for her and these people included her two aunties, her parents and some other family members.
"Kawaii Karai!!! ", Ms Touka, her other auntie said as she pinched her cheeks. Karai is Kristel's real name. She had to use another name in order to cover up her identity due to some incident that happened afterwards (It won't be mentioned)and therefore she chose Kristel.
A few years later, when she was four, on her birthday, her parents went out to prepare her birthday surprise that they decided to hold it at a well'known place at Japan. Kristel was left at home with her two aunties at that time. They waited and waited for a call from her parents to know if they are ready or not. It was already more than half a day and they still didn't get a call from them. They kept calm and patient and decided to wait just abit longer and tried to keep the atmosphere as bright as possible for Kristel's sake but that couldn't be lasted any longer after they got a call from the police station.
"Hello?", Ms. Touka greeted as she picked up the call.
"Hello, this is sergeant Haru speaking from the police station......Mr and Mrs Hamato was involved in a car accident a few hours ago......."
There was a long silence in the house and a while later tears sarted to stream down her cheeks and by then Mrs Takuya knew what had happened.
"Hello? Ms? Hello? can you hear me Ms?", Sergeant Haru's kept calling from the other line. Ms. Touka just hang up without saying a word.
"A year later*
"Congratulations Touka!!", everyone chanted, Congratulating her. Mrs Touka had her first child.
"What will be her name auntie?", Kristel asked in wonder.
"I will give her the name Adreanna Matsuoka, dear".
There was only this harmony again after the tragedy that happened to Kristel's parents.
"I promise I will be a good cousin and take care of her auntie!", Kristel said as she promised.
"Sure sweetie! "
She was happy playing with Adreanna whenever she could but yet another tragedy happened a year later when Kristel lost her favourite auntie Mrs Touka. Now there was no one else to take care of her and she was only five. Mrs Takuya had already migrated to another country in Japan to continue her job there.
Kristel tried to keep her promis but Adreanna got adopted and she lived alone in stress for three years before she decided to migrate. She used up all her cash to have a better life.

Kristel sat at the dinig table, still daydreaming about her past. She was thinking wether to tell Adreanna the truth—she being her cousin— or not.
"Hellooooo?", Adreanna said as she waved and snapped her fingers at Kristel.
"Sorry", Kristel quickly apologised as she came back with her conciousness.
"What were you daydreaming about?"
"Oh ermm nothing.....just thinking what should I teach you today", Kristel lied as Adreanna gave her a confused look.
