"Oww!", Anthony woke up as he groaned in pain.

"Not here again!! ", he complained as soon as he realised and analyzed the place.

"Adreanna? AdreANNA!!??", he shouted anxiously.

"Woken up, Brat?"

Anthony just glanced at the acquaintance.

"You must be hungry.....eat this", the slightly indentified man said as he threw a small packet of bread at Anthony in a rather unmannerly way.

He also gave him a palm size cup of water; it was so small that it could barely quinch your thirst at that kind of situations— stuck in a cell and treated in a bad way.

"Get me a bigger cup!", Anthony 'ordered'.

"Aah...have you forget your manners? Remember that I am the boss here and not you, you must talk in a polite way and do not foget to adress me as your master— Master Avax", he instructed.

"Whatever Avax", he said harshly.

"No manner, no bigger cup", he made it as simple.

"I will survive", Anthony assured with confidence.

Anthony ate the bread and kept quiet afterwards. Avax mumbled as her return to his place somewhere away from the cell. Anthony drank the cup of water and tried to appreciate it as much as he can.

"I may not be as well-build or as strong as them but they must know that revenge is chasing after them— Vengeance's mine!"

Back in the school the next morning, Adreanna and her class were having English lesson.

"Kristel?", Adreanna called her, still thinking over about everything that happened the day before.

Kristel was sitting at her desk with her legs crossed and she was reading a book that she had placed on her lap.

"What is it?", Kristel replied with her eyes still glued to the book.

"Yeah...about yesterday...", she started.

"Dont need to start about it", Kristel said as she flipped a page.

"But—"

"—Not important for now"

Adreanna turned to her own work after that and kept her mouth zipped. Even though she tried to stop herself from talking about it, her mind was flooded with questions concerning the event that happened.

"Riinng...riiinngg"

"Class, stand up", Mr. Brown ordered.

"Thank you, sir!"

"Hey Anna!", Alicia attempted.

"What?"

Alicia suggested that they walk together to lunch but Adreanna acted as if she didnt know its already lunchtime.

"Where to?", Adreanna asked unwillingly.

"To lunch", Alicia answered.

Adreanna knew that even though she tries hard to act like she didn't know, Alicia would just drag her with her with the same answer.

Adreanna turned to Kristel and saw her still in the same position.

"You're coming?", she asked her.

Kristel stayed quiet with her eyes still dashing through every word in the page.

"Girl, you're too close to her, have you forgetten me or something?", Alicia complained as she rolled her eyes.
