Chapter 19

Cassy's Pov

After me and Stefan left the house we went to Mystic Falls park. "So what did you want to talk about us?" he said and I sigh. "I haven't been fair to you, and I can be that person who can take many days to understand that I was wrong and I'm not someone who can forgive easily or accept that I'm wrong and your right." I say and he chuckles.

"I assume you have accepted that you were wrong?" he said and I nod slowly. "I wanted to apologize for everything." I say and he smiled. "It's okay, though I never worried on how I felt I worried how you felt, and I'm so sorry that you got so hurt by Caroline's actions." he said and I shake my head.

"Why are you apologizing for her mistakes, it's not your fault she's a bitch, she should be the one who's gonna apologize not you." I say.

"You know what why don't we have dinner?" he said. "Just the two of us?" I ask. "Would love that but why not like a family dinner your family with me and Damon?" he said.

"Could you handle all Mikaelsons in one table?" I say and we both laugh. "Let's try it." he said and I agreed. "Okay, this Friday at 8pm." I say. "Yes, until then I'll see you around." he kissed my cheek and drove away.

I kinda froze but smiled at his action, I got in my car and drove home.

I walk inside to see Nik and Elijah reading and a dead girl on the table. "When your done with your food you can at least clean your plates gentlemen." I say as the blood falls on the carpet.

"Sorry sister." said Elijah. "Next time be careful when there's a brand new carpet put on." I say walking in the kitchen. "We will keep a note to it." yelled Nik.

I grabbed some bleach and napkin then started washing of the blood from the carpet. I dragged the dead body outside and burn it. "A thousand years old men and still can't seem to keep a house clean." I say. "We can hear you." yelled Nik and Elijah and I chuckle.

"Brothers I have some news." I say and they both give full attention. "So today I spoke with Stefan and we kinda made peace between us because we figured everything was a big misunderstandment, and we agreed to have a family dinner, him and Damon with us all." I say and they don't say anything.

"You forgave him?" asked Nik. "Yes because he confessed that he loves me and not Caroline and that kiss meant nothing to him." I smiled.

"Well I am okay with the dinner, and I'm happy you cleared things with Stefan." said Elijah. "I still don't like either of the Salvatore brothers but if this dinner is what you want then I will be there." said Nik and I kiss his cheek.

"Thank you both, love you." I say running to my room."WHEN IS THIS DINNER?" yelled Elijah

"FRIDAY AT 8PM."I yell back.

Stefan's Pov

"You said what?" chocked Damon on his bourbon. "I said that we are having dinner with the Mikaelsons this Friday at 8pm." I smiled. "Are you serious, last time I checked Klaus Elijah and Kol we're trying to kill you for breaking their precious sisters heart and now you want to have dinner at their home??" said Damon.

"Well me and Cassy talked our way through and explained things clear and we are in good terms, and Cassy texted me that Klaus and Elijah both agreed to this dinner so you have to join too. Come on we can't hate them forever, and I'm not asking you to make peace with them, just come to this dinner with me and I will leave you alone." I say and he sighs. "Fine." he rolls his eyes chucking his bourbon.

Cassy's Pov

"You forgave him?" asked Freya and Hope. "Yep, and he said that he loves me." I say and they smile. "So are you two together?" asked Hope.

"We haven't discussed that part yet, or even brought it up as a subject. "I say and Rebekah huffs. "When then, at least one of you has got to make the first move, it's very clear that you both like each other and as Stefan said he loves you and we all know you love him as well." said Rebekah.

I smiled. "Are you blushing auntie?" smirked Hope. "Nope, anyway the dinner is soon." I say and they all stare confused. "Oh I forgot to mention, Stefan and I agreed to have a family dinner this Friday at 8pm, him and Damon with us all." I say.

"Friday, that's two days away. What are you gonna wear?" said Rebekah. "Something not to fancy it's a dinner after all not a ball." I say. "Okay but we'll still make sure you look hot." said Rebekah and I chuckle.

"Alright, now I want to sleep so goodnight girls." I say and they start leaving but Hope hesitates. "Little one, what's wrong?" I ask approaching her.

"Can I sleep with you tonight... again?" she said. "Of course sweetie." I say tucking her in. "I just can't seem to sleep anymore these nights, I keep having weird nightmares." she said.

"What kind of nightmares Hope?" I ask taking her in my arms. "Like something bad is gonna happen to one of us, I see blood and a dead body on the floor but I don't know wich one of us in the family is." she says and I sigh worried.

"It creeps me so much and it scares me to find out who the dead person is." she said tightening her grip. "Hey sweetie you don't have to worry so much, we are the strongest creatures in the world, no one can hurt us and we can fight any bad thing coming in our way. We are all fine, but I will speak to your father and uncles and aunts about this but until then your gonna sleep safely because I'm here and going to have good dreams." I say kissing her head.

"Goodnight auntie." she said turning around. "Night little one."

What danger is Hope talking about and who is going to die?
