So I know some of you got confused on how Cassy knew Katherine but to be honest when I said she's been daggered for thousands of years let's say I didn't specifically said full years,think of it like Cassy once knew Katherine before she got daggered because she had spent time as a vamp for a while and met Katherine somewhere and became friends.
