𝗔 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗲

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲

𝐼𝑛 𝐿𝑖𝑙𝑎'𝑠 𝑎𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 sunlight peers through her curtains, cascading across her face.

Her eyes open and she grins tiredly, excited for the day ahead of her.

Today was the day she met the boy she's been texting for almost a month and a half, who happens to be one of her favorite youtubers.

This was a big big day for Lila Holland.

She quickly puts on some gray sweat pants and an oversized now or never hoodie. Some people might think she's only wearing Sam and Colby's merch to kiss up to them, but in reality this was her go-to hoodie.

Tossing her hair into a quick and quite messy french braid, she walks into her kitchen.

Anxiety bubbles in her chest makes her not hungry, knowing she needs food she just eats a granola bar and a banana.

Something about Lila is she has trouble eating. No, she doesn't have an eating disorder, she just forgets. Oftentimes she gets wrapped up in her own thoughts, or lately overthinking about today.

She grabs her suitcase and sets off to the airport in an uber.

She sighs in contentment leaning her head back, putting earbuds in and pressing play on her music.

Normally Lila would be nervous to fly on her own, but she didn't sleep well last night in anticipation for today, so sleep finds her easily.

"Excuse me?" Lila is awoken by a flight attendant tapping her shoulder "we've landed" she says with a smile

Lila's checks flush with embarrassment "Oh my gosh, i'm so sorry"

The flight attendant shakes her head "It's no problem"

Lila quickly grabs her stuff and rushes off the plane, eager to see Colby.

Waiting for her bag from the baggage claim conveyor seemed to take ages, which really only took a few minutes.

Taking a deep breath she steps onto the escalator going down, her eyes scan the jumble of people looking for blue hair.

Her heart drops when she sees him holding a sign that says "Lila Holland" with a heart

Their eyes meet and he grins a big toothy smile, a dimple forms on his cheek that almost makes Lila faint.

"Hi" is all she can make out before she's swept off her feet in a warm yet gentle hug.

Hugging Colby has been something she's definitely fantasized about, but those fantasies did it zero justice.

"Hey" He breathes out smiling while examining her blushing face.

"Hello" she grins, hugging him again. All the nerves she had before completely drifted away.

Then she remembered the night of complete and utter terror that lay ahead of them.
