(A/N: Here's how the first lesson about Anna's powers went.)

I muttered the password to Dumbledore's office, Acid pops, and went inside. Dumbledore was there, and he looked up when he sensed that I was here. "Hello, Annabelle."

"Good morning, sir." I replied back.

"Have a seat, have a seat." he motioned to the chair in front of him. I came over and sat down. "So I'm guessing that you came here to ask about your powers?"

I nodded. "Yes, sir."

"Let's try some things today. I'm curious to see what you have in you. How about I ask you the emotions and you guess the power that goes with it?" Dumbledore suggested.

"Brilliant, let's start now!" I smiled with fake enthusiasm.

The Headmaster smiled. "I'll ask a few questions, and you can answer them. Just make guesses, you don't have to be right."

I nodded.

"Let's start with the easy ones. Which power would anger produce?"

"Fire power."

"Which power would sadness produce?"

"Water power."

"Which power would happiness produce?"

I had to think about that one. "Light power?"

"Which power would nervousness produce?"

I didn't answer; I had no clue.

Dumbledore nodded in understanding. "Well done, anyway. You got three right. The last one is particularly tricky. The answer is, well, it's very different. It makes things around you move without touching it. These four are the main emotions that you will feel, so try to memorize them. Let's try to make fire, water, light, and possibly make something move." I nodded.

"Starting with the happiness. Think of something that fills you up with joy."

I thought about it. I remembered the time when Hagrid came to us and told us that we were a wizard and witch. I smiled at the memory, and suddenly, the whole room was lit from the light that emerged from my hands.

Dumbledore smiled. "Excellent work, Anna. Now think of something that makes you sad."

I thought about the faint memory of my parents laying dead on the floor. Almost immediately, my palms was wet with water.

"Very good. Something that makes you angry?"

I immediately thought of the Dursleys and how they treated me and Harry. Fire exploded from my palms.

"Something that makes you nervous or scared?"

Finding Sirius Black maybe? I guess that was enough, because the book on Dumbledore's desk fell to the floor.

Dumbledore nodded. "You seem to be very good at this, Annabelle. I should tell you, some powers just come out whenever you feel like it."

"Like what?" I asked curiously.

"Like the invisibility power, talking to animals." As Dumbledore said this, I touched my animal necklace. I got in my first year, and it gave me the power to talk to animals, through my mind, whenever I wore it.

"Could I try one?" I asked.

Dumbledore nodded. "I believe that we should do the invisibility power, because I think that it'll...come in handy."

"How do we start?" I questioned.

"Simply, imagine being invisible." Dumbledore said plainly.

I fought off the urge to sigh loudly at the short direction. But I concentrated on being invisible. About how no one would see me. A gasp sounded from Dumbledore, so I guessed that I did it. "Did I do it?" I asked, turning visible again. The old man nodded. "That is all for today. You've learned a lot. Come by another time, and we can learn more."

I nodded and left. Outside, there stood Hermione.

"Hermione! What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in Defense?" I asked.

She smiled. "Yes, but Defense must have started by now. How about using the Time Turners?"

"You could have gone to Defense without me," I told her.

"No, it's fine. Besides, I wanted to use the Time Turners."

"Oh yes! Ron's reactions are so funny!" I grinned.

Hermione laughed and held out her half. I took out my half and we combined it together. I spun it once and the hallway began to shift. Once the spinning stopped, we hurried to the Defense class.
