We had ran all the way to desirees place,she lived in what looked like a log cabin,but she lived pretty close to people. I was worried that people were gonna come and kill us. Well everyone was worried, but then I remembered! "MOM,DAD,CADEN" I screamed "MY FAMILY!!" I was about to cry, I had left them, what if there hunters to? Memories,flashbacks,thoughts swirled into my mind. I was just so overwhelmed I blacked out. "Yup, I thought that would happen" Alyssa crossed her arms and sighed. She got her hands ready and nodded at Desiree for help.
Alyssa's POV
We dragged Rose onto the couch. "Few" I heard Desiree wiped the sweat off her for-head , "what's wrong? you sound out of breath" I looked a little confused. "Nothing's wrong but when you have to drag a girl that weighs as much as you onto a couch it gets a little exhausting" Desiree nodded with a little giggle while she panted.
Rose(me) POV
I moaned and rolled off the couch, "!!!!" Alyssa and Desiree were shocked. I made the loudest noise for falling off a couch. They both ran over to me."are you okay?!" They said at the same time looking worried, "Im fine don't worry I just hit the floor that's all" I glanced at them with a slight smirk. I got up and brushed the dirt off of me. "Anyways we left our families" Alyssa shuffled her feet. "we can't ever go back" Desiree had a tear fall from her check."I understand" I said looking to the ground, "I guess we don't want to die yet" I said, and I gave a quiet giggle. "Hehe yeah" Desiree giggled a nervous giggle. Alyssa went to the sink and grabbed foam bowls and filled the bowls with water,Alyssa handed me a bowl full of water and gave Desiree one to. " Well this log cabin is pretty close to people",we better move a little farther out" I said looking a bit concerned. "Yeah I agree" Alyssa was on the floor drinking out of the bowl like a cat would. "Yeah I guess we could" Desiree said. " Should we start going farther out tomorrow?" I asked the girls. "Yeah it would help before they get to suspicious"Alyssa agreed "well then I guess we move out tomorrow" Desiree said looking around. "we should pack some things because we have to build another log cabin"desiree suggested "yeah just the little things then we can come back and get the couch and bed mattresses just so we don't look like we're therians trying to escape we want to look like we're people hunting therians" I said taking a sip of the water out of the bowl."we should go to sleep then if we're going to move out tomorrow" Desiree said looking a bit tired. "Yeah we should" Alyssa said finishing the water out of the bowl."off to bed we go" I nodded while Desiree showed us the way to three beds,the mattresses were torn up and the metal bed frame was rusted. "Sorry nothing special " Desiree said "its okay as long as we sleep on something " I said we climbed into bed and slowly fell asleep.
