Y/N pov:
The 4 of us, after a month in the Wisteria Inn, set off for our next destination, Natagumo Mountain. The report said that demon slayers are getting killed in the forest by a demon. I read a few poems I grabbed out of my basket while skipping ahead of the others. 'I wonder when I'll see Rengoku again?' I ponder as I look at the sun setting.
When we finally make it too the mountain, the moon had risen. "Ok, time to slay some demo-" I was cut off by Zenitsu shouting that the mountain is scary and that he doesn't want to go. I just sigh as I walk away from the group to do my own thing, and that thing was slay the demon.
I decide instead of going through the main entrance of the forest, I would go in a different direction, so at least I could have the element of surprise. As I track up the mountain, I notice tiny little spiders crawling towards me. I don't hate spiders, I just don't like them near me.
I start to squish the spiders as I continue my way through the forest, however the tiny vibrations from the spiders makes it hard to feel. As I walk, I feel many human vibrations coming from my left. I look to my left and see many demon slayers who's bodies are all twisted.
"G-get away!" One of them shout! "Please kill me!" Another shouts. Even if I do save them, they may never recover. I feel tiny vibrations in the air, telling me there's something attached to them. "Feather breath, First form, Dance of Doves" I say as my sword is surrounded in feathers.
I maneuver around the demon slayers, cutting what appears to be strings. The demon slayers I free fall to the ground bleeding. I rush through the dark forest, cutting free the demon slayers along the way. I feel the vibrations of demons in all different directions from me.
"Ok, which way do I go?" I ask myself as I look around the dark forest. Suddenly I feel large vibrations and the sound of thunder coming from the north. "That way it is" I say as I race through the forest in the direction of the thunder.
When I get there, I see a hut that's in the air, held up by many strings. I start jumping my way up to the hut. When I make it up I see Zenitsu laying on the roof. "Whoa! Zenitsu!" I say as I kneel next to him. He looks to be poisoned. "Don't worry Zenitsu I'll get you some help!" I tell him in a panicked tone.
I see a butterfly flutter by my face, making me look up. I see a woman in a butterfly themed haori gracefully landing next to me. "Moshi mosh" She says with a smile. "A-ano, hello" I say with an awkward smile. "Oh my, it seems this demons poison is really strong, luckily the demon who did this is dead, delaying the poison time" She says, looking at Zenitsu.
"So, can you help him?" I ask and she nods. "Of course" She says sweetly. "I'm Shinobu Kocho, Butterfly Hashira" She introduced herself. 'A Hashira! Like Rengoku!' I think as I smile. "Y/N L/N, Feather Breather" I introduce myself.
"Ah! Anakin's Tsuguko" Shinobu says with a warm smile. "Do all the Hashira know Anakin?" I ask and Shinobu nods. "He was one of the strongest, and most caring of all the Hashira. Like a brother to us all" Shinobu says as I nod.
"What's a Tsuguko?" I ask her. "You will know soon" Shinobu says with a wink. Shinobu leaves, leaving me with the Kakushi. I see Zenitsu all wrapped up in bandages. I decide its better to go out since I'm not gravely injured.
I run through the forest, trying to locate Tanjiro, Nezuko and Inosuke's vibrations, yet I cant feel anything. I hope nothing bad has happened, especially with Nezuko, since she's a demon and there's a Hashira here.
I feel the vibrations on the ground and feel Tanjiro and Nezuko's vibrations with a malice one. I can barely feel Nezuko's because she's not on the ground. I suddenly feel immense vibrations coming from behind me. I look behind me and see a small female demon, who looks like a child.
"You wont go any further" She says, malic dripping from her voice. "I assume your one of the few demons left. Well most of the others are already dead" I say as she has an angry look on her face. "Shut up! Big brother is all I need!" She shouts, creating a web whip.
I draw my second sword and get into a stance. 'I haven't practiced this at all, but I have to try' I think as I stare down the demon girl. I take a deep breath as I grip my blade handles. "Angle Breathing First form, Heavenly Sun" I mutter. A huge golden glow surrounds me as both my swords are incased in golden feathers.
My other sword glowed brighter tan my main sword. I rush at the demon girl and swing my left sword, almost cutting the demon, however she dodges. A glowing trail is left behind from where I swung my sword.
I continue my onslaught as the demon girl does her best to avoid my attacks, but eventually, she touches the glowing trail. From where she touched the glowing trail, she starts disintegrating like in the sun.
"No! NO!" She screams out as her legs are now gone, making her fall to the ground. She tries to whip her whip, however her arm disintegrates before she can. "NOT YET! NO!" She scream with tears in her eyes. "HELP ME BIG BROTHER!" She cries as all that's left is her head. I crouch down to her head and pat her.
"May you find a new peace" I mutter with a small smile. he demon girl looks up at me with anger in her eyes. Her eyes soften as she cries. Shortly after, she is completely gone. I sigh as I stand up, now feeling guilty.
Even though she was a demon, she was still a child at heart. I look around and see my white crow flying over to me. "Caw! I have word you must go with the Hashira Shinobu and Giyu while that take Tanjiro and Nezuko in" My crow tells me, making me tilt my head.
'I know of Shinobu, but whos Giyu?' I ask myself as I nod slightly. My crow flies off once again. I run through the forest, but I feel myself getting heavy, Like bricks are being stacked on top of me! I pant out as I slow my running.
When I make it to a clearing, I fall to the ground. I hate this! It feels like the air is crushing me! I let out a couch as my eyes slowly close. I'm not dyeing, I just need sleep, my body feels all numb and whatnot.
That's it for this chapter! Sorry it took so long, I have many other stories in my drafts that don't stick well, BYE BYE!
