"What would you like to order sir?" Asked a voice.
"Caramel latte, please." The customer answered with a boxy smile.
The barista nodded. He soon walked away. Taehyung eyed the barista and smiled. He was in a good mood that day because finally, he had got a raise. He decided to spend some of his money on coffee. He hummed a sweet song as he waited for his coffee.
"Yoongi, can you look after my child please? I'll be back soon." A lady, who was a regular customer said as she pointed to the little girl. The girl clapped excitedly. The lady left the cafe.
"Stay here, ok Aera? Uncle Yoongi will prepare some coffee for the customer." Moon nodded.
After a while, a sudden crashing sound was heard. Taehyung saw everyone in the shop flinch. He turned calmly and saw the broken cup. The little girl, who dropped it by mistake got overwhelmed by the painstaking voice and began crying. The whole cafe was uncomfortable, a few ignored the commotion and the others began leaving the so-called "noisy" cafe. Taehyung's first reflex was to calm the little girl, so he did that.
"MIN YOONGI!" The manager shouted which made the girl flinch again and cry even more. Taehyung saw the barista from earlier rush to the scene. The barista calmly spoke to the girl, despite his shocked expression.
"Aigoo, Aera... stop crying dear, let uncle Yoongi clean this mess ok?" Yoongi said eyeing the girl, his gaze shifted to Taehyung as he spoke.
"I'm sorry sir, I'll bring the coffee to you in a minute. I'm the only one working today, so I apologize." Yoongi said sadly.
"Aish... it's ok, I don't mind, be careful while cleaning though." Taehyung answered and Yoongi nodded, he ran to bring the cleaning equipment.
When he came back, he saw the customer from earlier playing rock, paper, scissors with Aera. When Aera lost, Taehyung bopped her nose as a "punishment" which made Aera giggle loudly. And when Taehyung lost, Aera pinched his cheeks, Taehyung gasped and soon laughed along with Aera. Yoongi watched in awe as Taehyung managed to make her sit on one of the chairs, and continued playing with her.
Yoongi came in, smiling at the man and wiggling his eyes at Aera who laughed. Yoongi soon cleaned up the mess and brought Taehyung his coffee. Yoongi saw the lady come into the cafe, who smiled warmly. He turned to Aera and tickled her, who giggled.
"Look! Who's there!" Yoongi exclaimed as Aera turned around to see her mom.
