The Gathering

Marinette
The next day came and we were now currently in the mist of lunch. After that ended, a substitute teacher walked in and said that our usual math teacher won't be with us today. The air didn't smell right either. That period went by all too fast. But..the faster the better as I had self defense, or combat sessions after school. I signed up this morning so I wanted to try it out. Why not, right?

The last bell went and I went to the class. There was surprisingly a good turnout. I felt...out of place. And there was this guy who kept flirting with me every single second that went by. The class ended and I literally had to sneak out of the gym room just to get away from him. I was outside walking towards the gates when I saw two familiar people, leaning on the gate. I sighed as I walked up to them.

Marinette: You honestly didn't have to wait for me...

Damian: Well I'm obligated to you now, habibti, so I don't mind. I was actually in the library finishing my homework.

Adrien: I just took a quick nap in the classroom.

Marinette: Sure...

Walking home
Adrien: There's a full moon tonight if you both didn't know. I red one no less. My father said it could be the crowning of the new vampire warrior.

Damian: What the hell is that?

Marinette: Some vampire fairytale story. With a very strong vampire with unquestionable power that could beat anyone. But he died a long time ago and he was supposed to be reincarnated into another vamp on a full red moon. But what do I care.

Adrien: I think you should care. This is your breed, Marinette.

Marinette: *scoffs* Like if any vamp is worthy of the part. I'd like to see who it turns out to be.

The sun began to set, painting the sky in many shades of warm colors. We were about to cross the park as a shortcut to my house when the ground started to shake violently. "That's my father. He's calling for me" the devil boy said. Then there was a werewolf howl in the distance, "That's my father calling me." he countered. My senses were at their peak, my eyes turning red as my head shot up as my teeth grew.

I turned around, looking in the distance. Papa. I jumped at full speed away from the two boys, following my instincts. My dad was in danger.

Damian: Where do you think she went?

Adrien: I'm not sure but we should be on our way over since we were called for. Good luck.

Damian: You two, sunshine boy.

Vampire POV
I arrived at one of the borders of Gotham that were deserted and surrounded by forestry and land. There was a creak; a big hole in the ground below me. I went down to see the vampires crowded around something on the ground. I pushed my way through to see my dad on the floor, blood covering his face. I immediately ran over to him and helped him up, uncle Jagged now showing up to help as well.

I unconsciously sniffed the blood and my eyes widened. That's when the vampire Lord himself appeared in front of us with blood on his hands. Lord Ross (Bob). His son, XY, also came into focus next to him and both had evil smirks on their faces. I got up, anger filling my veins and glared at them.

Marinette: You did this?

Bob: Only as a way of defending myself. After all, he started it. Making empty threats saying he'd drink my blood and take me out.

Marinette: You're lying, he'd never do that. If you want to lie, go sully a baby's ears. You hurt my dad..and lied about what he did. You've covered him your filthy blood and to top it off, you pissed me off. No One Accuses My Dad Of Doing Such Inexcusable Crimes He'd Never Commit! You'll pay dearly....Lord...

CRASH!!

Werewolf POV
I finally arrived at the meeting point to see all the werewolves gathered, including my brothers and father. I transformed and walked up to them to see the alpha standing in front of us.

Damian: Father, What's going on?

Bruce: I'm not certain, but we're about to find out.

Alpha: Brothers, sisters, I've called you here to discuss urgent matters about the full moon. It's face will be red and I fear that the turmoil between the vampires and the devils will go down tonight and may want us to pick sides. We don't. All of you, get to a safe location and..-

CRASH!!

Alpha: What the.. Follow me my fellow wolves covered in the black of night. We look then we leave. Move out!

Devil POV
I finally made it to the meeting point, but it wasn't at home, rather here on the surface world. I stood next to my father and questioned.

Adrien: Father, why have you gathered us here on the surface?

Gabriel: Adrien, we can't stay in hiding any longer. And we can't let this full red moon slip by. When the crowning of the next vampire warrior occurs, we take them out. We can no longer stay hidden away from human eyes. Hiding isn't an option anymore. We must face things head on. The moon and the stars are almost in line, on my mark, we'll..-

CRASH!!

Adrien: What in the...

Gabriel: Devils, follow me!
