I woke up before the alarm. I slowly stood up from the bed and went to the kitchen where my dad was making breakfast. he cooked bacon and eggs with a salad. I only ate he salad because I'm a vegetarian but he keeps trying to change my mind.
"Too bad."I said while picking the salad. dad just laughed at me.
"How'd you sleep last night?" He looked at me in a good mood.
"Great." I said while eating the salad.
"Try not to get into trouble today." He gave me something wrapped in foil.
"Lunch for today." he gave it to me. I stood up from the table and went back to my room and changed into a outfit ( the one above ). I packed my bag with the school books and other crap and went back to the living room. I gave him a hug as he kissed my forehead. I took my phone and went to the buss station. I took the public buss because I didn't want to get questioned by the popular ones. Tina usually takes the public buss, so I payed for a ticket and got on, Tina sat at the back, she sat by the window. I walked towards the back of the buss and sat by her.
"Hey." I said sitting down.
"Taking the public buss today huh?"she raised a eyebrow. I just nodded.
"Can I hangout with you at lunch today?" I asked hoping she'd say yes.
"We're skiving lunchtime."she looked away. "don't follow us." she looked back at me.
"Who am I supposed to hangout with? Beth?" I took my phone out.
"Why not?"she said with her feet up on the opposite chair.
"Because... she's the one who told them." Tina gave me the looks. we were silent for a few minutes.
"I guess" she looks at the her shoes." but here's the plan. I'll meet you by the our spot, you tell Beth you're going to the canteen, we both spend half of the lunch time together and then you go back to them. If they ask why did you take so long tell them you had to go to the principals." she explained whispering. I just nodded. By the time we knew we got to the main station. we split up because Tina had to wait for her friends and I promised Beth I'd get to school early. We both hugged and I started walking towards the school.
Skipping to school
As I entered the school some people were steering at me like I was a freak, I see Beth talking to loads of boys by her looker.she had curled her dark blonde hair and she was wearing a ugly pink dress. I give her a look and laugh.
"What? I'm spreading happiness around the school." she said spinning around.
"Are you a hippie now or something." I opened my locker and left some of my books in there, I then locked it and started walking by Beth. She changes her style all the time, last time I saw her she was dressed like in the 90s.
"We've got History first lesson." she said holding her books tight to herself. "with Mrs.Williams.
"Ugh, I'm gonna have to sit at the front again."
"Hey, don't worry." Beth said stopping and holding on to my shoulder."Just try to calm your anger." she smiled with her perfect white teeth.
"You know your hippie spirit is not helping." I started walking.
"At least I tried." She giggled . We walked into the classroom and me and Beth sat by each other's desks so we could talk to each other.
"Miss Martin?" The teacher looked at me. I was trying to look at her innocent.
"Can I speak to you outside?" She asked politely. I like Mrs Williams, she cared a lot about me. I stood up and went outside with her.
"Everything alright Lourdes?" She looked at me. I nodded. she then hugged me and I felt better. I then walked back to the classroom, I sat down and people looked at me.
"What did she say?" Beth whispered.
"She asked if I was alright" I whispered back . I Just couldn't stop thinking about it.

I was doing my algebra homework for Mr.Casey, until I felt my phone vibrate. It was Tina's friend Aaron, he asked me to meet me up so I could give Tina something, we always met up by the park. So I decided to meet him up. it was only 9 in the night and I told dad I was meeting Tina at her house, again I had to lie because my dad hates me hanging out with boys. My dad believed the fact I was going over Tina's so I met up with Aaron in a parking lot. He passed me some powder for her and the police patrol caught us. But that was impossible! We were both alone, there weren't any cameras, once the police came they had Beth with them.

All I did this Lesson was writing everything Mrs Williams said, nothing else, I hadn't replied to any of the notes passed down to me or any whispers. I couldn't take my eyes of the piece of paper until the bell distracted my concentration, I just stuffed everything back into my bag. Everyone rushed out so I tried to push through everyone and once I got out someone grabbed my bag.
" Hey there Dush." Tina screamed while grabbing my bag. Tina is really crazy, I've known her since ages and she's really hyper.
"Since when is my name Dush?" I looked at her laughing.
"It's a nickname stupid." she put her arm around me and another friend.
"Oh okay, so I'm not called 'sock' anymore?" I said sarcastically while I rolled my eyes.
"What have you got this lesson?" She asks while stopping by my locker.
"Physics then P.E" I mumbled while trying to find my physics book.
"You?." I turned and looked at her.
"Algebra!" She sang it. "But I'm skipping it." she said giving me a look.
"Lucky." I said to myself. I closed my locker and Beth was at hers doing her makeup , hair and stuff.
"Changed your style again?" Tina raised an eyebrow.
"Fuck off Tina-"
"Whoa moody!" She said laughing. I pulled a face at her telling her to leave, Tina then winked and left. I looked at Beth and she looked as she was about to cry.
"That son of a bitch!" She said slamming her locker.
"Hey Beth! Don't listen to her." I hugged Beth. she then smiled and went off to class, she had DT. I just went and hung out in the bathroom by myself, humming loads of songs until the cleaner came into the bathroom.
"Shouldn't you be in lesson?" She said mopping the floor.
"Teacher said I could take a brake for a bit, I only came here a few minutes ago." I said freaked out. she then just walked out, I guess I'm good at lying . The time flew by fast. Faster than I thought.
