Yep, It's Official!

Nikki's pov
"Gn Nik" max said. W-wait did he call me Nik? He never does? Whatever it's just a nickname nikki get that in your head! I told myself while falling asleep. The next morning I walked into the mess hall to get breakfast and then I saw Max and neil waiting there already. After I get my breakfast I sit in between the two until I notice that max was asleep at the table so then I try gently shaking him a wake but nothing.
Max's pov
I remember falling asleep and feeling something or someone shaking me so I slightly open my right eye to see Nikki with that '😑' face trying to wake me up "Maaaaax" she said, her voice was so cute, wait WHAT?! SNAP OUT OF IT MAX!! That thought woke me up right away "ugh..hey Nik." I say trying not to stutter
Nikki's pov
He said it again! Y'know I kinda like the nickname 'Nik' especially when max says it, wait does that mean I DO like him?! Not again with these thoughts. I thought as I begin to finish my breakfast. "I can't hang out today guys, I have science business" Neil said "that's Alr!" I responded as Neil walked away to his tent
Max's pov
Once again I am left with Nikki but why do I kinda feel happy in a way, as I'm thinking that Nikki jumps on me with her arms around my neck saying "I'm bored what should we do?!" With a cheerful voice. I feel my cheeks burn up instantly. Yep, it's official, I like Nikki. I silently thought to myself.
