What is this feeling?

Nikki's pov
"So do you like max?" "Like do I l-like, like him?!" "Well duh" Neil replied "W-well I don't know!" I said in annoyance. How nosy of him! I thought walking back to me and max's tent.
Max's pov
I wonder where Nikki is, I thought while getting ready for bed. A few minutes later I see Nikki walking into our tent looking a bit annoyed but blushing I think?! That's weird but that weird feeling hit as I hear her voice saying "hey max" "oh hey Nikki, you Alr?" I asked as she replied almost immediately with a yes. As I began to get into bed I kept thinking about that 'feeling', do I like, like Nikki, hm maybe but idk. I kept thinking and thinking until I decided to shut up and go to sleep "gn Nik" I said while drifting off to bed.
