Chapter 1. The Bunker

Flashback
A little girl was running away from a gang of Monokumas. She had seen her parents killed by them and didn't want to die as well so she ran away from them. She trips and falls and looks back to see the gang of Monokumas approaching her.

Little girl: "please don't kill me! I don't want to die!"

Just before the Monokumas could hurt the little girl, they were gunned down by three figures from the side.

Amy: "it's ok little girl, they can't hurt you anymore"

Chloe: "yeah, we took care of it"

Lucas gives the little girl a small knife.

Lucas: "it's not much, but it should help you out here"

Chloe: "just to be safe tho, please stay indoors and hide from them"

Amy: "be safe ok"

The little girl nodded and ran away.

Amy: "we need to find the mastermind behind it all and end this game. I can't watch these kids get murdered any longer..."

Lucas: "yeah, it's brutal...but don't worry, soon we'll find the person responsible for all of this and put an end to the apocalypse"

Chloe: "then things will go back to normal. I miss my life before all of this..."

Lucas gave Chloe a hug and Amy gave a smile of approval.

Amy: "you've become such a softy, Lucas"

Lucas: "wha-"

Chloe: "heh, yeah. I remember when you were closed off from us, now you've become so attached to us, me especially. You've changed so much Lucas, and I'm proud of you"

Amy: "you changed a lot too you know. You used to be so soft spoken and shy, but now you can talk to strangers without a problem and speak your mind when you need to"

Lucas: "and what about you? You were just an ordinary girl who played golf and wanted to be friends with everyone. Now you're more careful with making friends and have become a really good leader"

Midnight: "yeah yeah, we've all changed a lot, we get it"

Midnight, Larry, James, and Mayonako approached the three.

Amy: "so did you find any survivors?"

Larry: "yeah, we did and we protected them all"

James: "we gave them weapons to protect themselves with and told them to stay indoors where it's safe"

Amy: "good, then lets keep searching"

Mayonako: "hopefully this will all end soon"

Midnight: "it will...and when it's all over we'll finally be able to rest in peace"

Larry: "rest in peace...that sounds like we're all gonna die!"

Midnight: "oh right, I guess I should've phrased it better, heh"

Lucas: "maybe we should call it a day and head back to the bunker. As much as I'd want to help any remaining survivors out here, we can't do it at night"

Chloe: "yeah, lets continue tomorrow"

James: "afterwards we can go to this area one of the survivors told me"

Mayonako: "oh yeah, the mall"

Amy: "what's at the mall?"

James: "there's rumors going around that a killing game is being hosted there"
