Chapter 10

Camila's P.O.V

It's been a month since my party. A month since the dare. A month since I had Laurens lips on mine. And a month since Lauren started to avoid me as much as possible.

Everytime I text or call her to come over she always has a excuse. 'I can't I'm watching my brother and sister.' 'My parents want to have family time.' 'I'm looking for a job.' Or 'I don't feel good, ask one of the other girls.'

That's what I did today, I asked Normani if she wanted to hangout with me and go to the mall. I wasn't expecting her answer.

"I can't Mila I'm going to the arcade with Lauren today."

That hurt so much,and made me thin how many other times she was hanging out with one of the other girls and avoiding me.

Maybe she didn't like the kiss. Maybe she thought things were going to be different between us. Maybe she didn't want to deal with me possibly liking her even when I already do.

"Shit I need to talk to Dinah." I thought to myself.

I picked up my phone and texted Dinah to come over as fast as possible and that it was an emergency.

About fifteen minutes later I heard loud knocking on the front door. I ran downstairs opening the door to a sweaty, out of breath Dinah.

"What's your emergency. Is everything okay. Are you alright. Did you try to do something to yourself. Are you depressed again. Oh Mila please don't go back to your old self again. Please tell me your okay." She rambled.

"DINAH, SHUT THE FUCK UP." I yelled. She looked at with the most concerned look in her eyes. "I'm fine I just needed someone to talk to about Lauren."

She sighed in relief. "God damnit walz I thought something was seriously wrong, especially after what happened last year. You shouldn't have texted that it was an emergency. I almost texted allycat, mani, Lolo."

"I'm sorry DJ. It won't happen again. Lauren has been avoiding me since the party. Like today I asked if she wanted to hangout but she told me to ask someone else because she was watching Chris and Taylor. So I asked Mani and she said that she was on her way to the arcade to hangout with Lauren."

"Listen Chancho maybe she has feelings for you and that's why she's been avoiding you."

"I doubt that Cheechee, Lauren is straighter then Ally's relationship with her bible."

"You never know walz." She said laughing.

She's right. I don't know.
