Dream and Nightmare were frazzled and jumped to their feet when you suddenly disappeared out of view. Just realizing and processing what you had told them. You actually confessed??? And through a damn PUN no less?!?

"No! Wait y/n ack! Dammit they actually confessed and I just freeze up. ."

Nightmare sighs and rubs his chin anxiety bubbling within him. Dream pouts and pats his shoulder comfortingly before speaking up.

"Nighty I also froze up in the moment, we couldn't help but be surprised. . We just have to find y/n and talk to them to clear up this whole misunderstanding!"

Nightmare frowns and looks to his brother slightly confused on how they would be able to find you.

"And how the hell do we find them? They could be anywhere in the multiverse! And who knows when they'll come back here"

Dream frowns but shakes his head, determination setting in his golden eye lights.

"Nighty no matter what we have to try! After that we could possibly pin where they are using our empathy! Follow their specific feelings and we could find them!"

Nightmare rubs his chin in thought then grins and nods hugging Dream tight to him.

"Dream you are an absolute genius!! Come on we better start now, quicker we start the sooner we find y/n!"

Dream grins back and nods summoning a golden yellow portal as Nightmare summons his own purple one. Nightmare looks back over to Dream and nods with new found confidence.

"Once one of us finds them we can text the other. Be safe brother."

Dream agrees and grins before going into the portal quickly.

"Of course brother! You also better be safe!"

Nightmare laughs softly then looks back to his portal and jumping through the purple portal to the first AU. The search begins. .

You were lost. You walked for what felt like hours through the thickness that was the forest. The forest was. . Well to be honest it chilled you to your bones. The deeper you went the colder the air felt around you.

After you collected yourself you got up and decided on walking through this new and weird AU. Slowly though you lost your way and were now trudging through the dark woods. A portal was optional, but after the whole fiasco with the twins. . You wanted to avoid them for as long as possible. You couldn't bare the idea of facing them right now after your stunt with confessing then teleporting away. Sighing you look forward, farther into the foreboding thicket of trees.
