Mikael found Stefan and Damon the other day. He's willing to help take down Klaus, I was so happy. Stefan calls Klaus.

"Portland is fantastic once you can get over all the whiney music and healthy-looking people. It's really a breeding ground for werewolves." He's still siring hybrids.

"your father's dead." Stefan straight up says. "what did you say to me?" "oh my mistake, not your actual father." Stefan jokes. Mikael isn't actually Klaus' biological father, as Elijah told us months ago.

"what do you want me to do with the body?" Stefan asks Klaus. "well first, i want you to explain to me exactly what happened."

1 hour earlier

"alright, we'll say that Mikael followed Elena here. He tried to grab her so he could use her as bait." Stefan described to everyone. "and you, what, vervained him?" Stefan crosses his arms. "No, we vervained him. The guys an original, make it realistic." Damon finally chimes into the conversation

"ok. fine. we vervained him and in the process discovered that he had a dagger." "which he planned to use on Rebekah. but instead-" i get interrupted by Stefan. "We drove it through his heart."

"and what happens when he asks to see Mikael's body?" Elena asks. "good point... you, my brother have been compelled to do what Klaus says, so if the idea is to lure him back here and kill him, the last thing we need is you getting tripped up and tongue tied." Elena turns her head to Stefan, so do I. "well don't look at me, i'm just in charge of getting him back here."

"Klaus is smart, if we tell him that Mikael's dead, he'll want proof." Elena tells us. Mikael comes walking into the room. "then i'll shall be dead." We all start walking to him. "what if he wants to see in person?" Elena asks another question.

"well it means our plan is working. Klaus will Absolutely want to see my body. You lure him here, and i will kill him."

"with what?" "those daggers won't work on him." Stefan says with his hands on his hips now. "well i'm in possession of a stake fashioned from the wood of the ancient white oak tree." Damon comes a little closer. "where is it?" Mikael focuses on Damon now. "not here. knowing it's location is my insurance policy." I shrug and furrowed my eyebrows.

Our plan is going great so far. I daggered Mikael, since a vampire can't or they will die. Klaus believes he is dead. Even Rebekah is on our side. I just have this feeling something will go wrong.

It is the next day, homecoming . I was talking to Damon. "well, i'm formulating a secret contingency plan." I was surprised, Damon usually doesn't think ahead. "really? what is it?" I asked him. He puts his finger over his mouth, indicating me to shut up. Stefan comes and complains about a tie.

Damon heard him leaving the house. "ok, i usually wouldn't tell you this, but i need your help." i look at Damon. "ok.. what do i have to do." "Alaric told me you are strong and good with weapons, so i need you there when we take him down." He gives me a bow and wooden stake arrows. I nod. He also told me that Elena's not going, Katherine is instead and how Elena daggered Rebekah.

Homecoming got canceled due to a flood at the high school, so Tyler is hosting a party. I know Nobody here, there are random people i've never met in my life.

I sneak in, to hide the bow and arrow. Then i walk in alone. Caroline walks over to you. "Did Elena and matt tell you?" I furrowed my eyes. "tell me what Care?"

"Klaus is here." My facial muscles tense in anger. "what? you got to be kidding me." I just walk away. Is the plan still going to work?

I walk outside. I see a huge crowd and a band playing. I see Klaus walk up to Stefan from a far. I bet they are talking about Mikael being "dead".

I see Klaus walking up to me. "where's your date?" I look down. "I don't have one." Klaus actually looks concerned about me, it confused me so much. "seems I have you to thank for Mikael's demise." i lie to him. "he came at me, i didn't have a choice."

"still... i'm impressed, it's not easy for a human to dagger an original. And your first time, if i got that right." I nod agreeing with him. I start to look around, because when it comes to him, for some reason it's hard for me to lie.

"you seem nervous." The hybrid says walking closer to me. "i'm not nervous, i just don't like you..." I cross my arms. "ok right. straight to the then, shall I, love.?"

"People have been after me for 1,000 years. and i'm always one step ahead." Klaus moves even closer to me. "so whatever it is you're thinking of trying, go for it, give it your best shot. Even you, so is a smart girl, won't succeed." He walks away.

It is finally time. Mikael is at the front door. Nobody knows i'm helping kill Klaus, everyone besides Damon thinks i'm there so it's not suspicious for 2 Gilberts not being at homecoming. I walk where i hid my bow and arrow, we'll Alarics bow and arrow.

"hello Niklaus."

"hello mikael, won't you come in? Oh that's right, i forgot. you can't." Klaus Replies back to Mikael. "or you can come outside if you want."

"or I can watch my hybrids tear you limb from limb." Klaus smiles. All of his hybrids stand behind Mikael.
"the big bad wolf... you haven't changed. still hiding behind your playthings like a coward." I can see Klaus's eyes tearing up.

"they may be sired to you, but they're still part vampire." "and they can be compelled by me" Mikael adds. Mikael pulls Katherine, not knowing it's not Elena.

"come out and face me Niklaus, or she dies." Klaus doesn't believe his so called father. "go ahead. kill her." Katherine gets scared, obviously she doesn't want to die. "if she dies, this lost will be the last of your abominations."

Klaus defends himself. "i don't need them. I just need to be rid of you."Klaus has this fear of being alone. Mikael pointed that out. "Nobody cares about you anymore, boy!" "who do you have other than those whose loyalty you've forced."

"No one"

Klaus calls his fathers bluff. Klaus starts crying, i've never thought that was even possible, but even the worse of them all has there soft spot. "my whole life you've underestimated me. If you kill her, you lose your leverage... so go ahead, go and kill her."

Mikael just laughs. "your impulse Niklaus. it has and will forever be the one thing that keeps you from being truly great." After Mikael tells Klaus that, he stabs Katherine.

Damon runs from behind, using his vamp speeds, and stabs him. as he is holding Klaus to the ground, Katherine pops up. "kaboom" She throws wolfsbane grenades at the other hybrids.

I come out and shoot my arrows at Klaus to keep him down. "Evie!" Klaus shouts at me. I keep shooting until i get pushed to the floor by Stefan. I slam my head on the floor causing me to loose consciousness and passing out. Stefan saves Klaus, which his freedom is earned. And Klaus kills Mikael with the only white oak stake that exists. His body turns into flames, along with the stake.

A couple hours later i wake up in Damon's bed. Confused of how i got here. I hear glass break against the wall and yelling. "i had Klaus!" "this could've all been over!" Damon adds. I walk down the stairs holding onto the wall, still feeling light headed. All i wanted was my sister.

"Elena?" Elena and Damon turns their head. I go to walk to them but my knees collapsed .Damon catches me before i fall. They take me to the hospital.
