As it turned out everyone, even Mr. High Road, could go on the trip. This will be just perfect as they will all play into my trap. We board the plane with me and my friends in 1st class. To get here though we had to endure the complaints and lies coming from Lie-la's mouth. Once we got to 1st class, we were finally free. Not wanting to waste another second, I grab Chloe by the arm and sit beside her to watch a movie in peace.
    I curl up into my bestie's side though when I look back at her it looks as if she has a fever.  I feel of her head, but she feels fine. I guess it's my imagination. I fall asleep during the movie to my dismay, and I awake to us getting off of the plane. I walk off to find many people panicking. Seeing this, I look around for one of my many aunts and uncles in Gotham. Once I spot someone in a green outfit with purple question marks on it, I know who we're dealing with.
I go up to him and say, "Hey Uncle Edward, why in the world are you scaring people? I thought we agreed not to scare or harm them unless they did something I personally hurt you."
"Well, looks like the Princess of Gotham in back," he says tipping his hat forward.
"Yep, I'm on a trip with a bunch of annoying people, but not my friends. They're great," I tell him.
"I'm taking you to the rest of your aunts and uncles," he says smiling.
"Not yet, I have to go to the hotel first, Afterwards, you can take me to them."
I see the Bat family come up behind my uncle, so I do the only logical thing to do, I punch my dad in the face as he is a jerk. This makes Uncle Edward look at me then my dad and laugh.
"Bye Marinette," he says still laughing as he leaves.
"Bye Uncle Edward, pick me up later!" I yell as he disappears.
After we go to the hotel and unpack, I once again get confronted by Lie-la's squad. I look at them with the bat-glare and go to find one of my aunts or uncles. I stumble upon Aunt Harley, so I sneak up behind her and latch myself on to her.
"Hi'ya Mari, you're back!" she says excitedly upon seeing who I was.
"Can you take me to see everyone else too?" I say giving her the puppy eyes.
"Of course suga'," she says and leads the way.
    I follow her and we arrive at the villains and rouge's important meeting place. Once we get there, many of them look at me with huge grins as their favorite people was back in town.
    I walk to the middle of the room before saying, "Hi guys, did ya' miss me?"
    Once they were given confirmation that it was me, I was engulfed into a group hug.
"At least you guys didn't forget about me," I murmur under my breath though it looks like it was heard.
"Who for got about you?!" many of them chorus at once.
"My dad and brothers," I say looking at my feet before adding, "Don't worry, I can deal with them."
"Are you sure we can't hurt them?" Uncle Jack, the Joker, asks me.
"I'm positive," I say.
I hear shuffling behind me. I turn to see my father and brothers that had forgotten me and me new brothers.
"What are you doing here?" I ask raising my eyebrow.
"Making sure your not a villain," my dad says gruffly.
"Am I a villain?" I ask my aunts and uncles before me.
"Nope, you're super sweet unless someone hurts someone you care about or you," Aunt Harley says.
Aunt Selina comes out from behind them in her Catwoman costume before running to me and engulfing me into a hug.
"Hi Aunt Selina!" I say upon seeing her.
"Hi kitten, I missed you so much! What's new with you?" she says.
"Most of my family forgot about me, a liar tried to ruin my life, I have been emotionally traumatized by a guy with powers in Paris," I say listing things off.
All my aunts and uncles look at me oddly before asking in unison, "Who hurt you?! We can tear them to pieces!"
My dad looks at me oddly before saying, "Can I adopt you?"
"No, I have someone taking care of me plus I don't like you," I tell him.
"Can you call your parents?" he asks me.
"I can call my guardian," I tell him and call Uncle Jagged on speaker.
"Hi Nettie, how are you doing?" he asks as many people's jaws drop.
"Trying to keep someone from adopting me. Can you tell them you have already done that please," I say with a small smirk.
"What do you mean someone is trying to adopt you?! I have done that after that annoying liar made your mom throw you out. Luckily, you're MDC, so the joke's on them as they got rid of a huge income," he says bragging about me again.
"Okay Uncle Jagged, thanks," I say before hanging up.
I turn to my dad before asking, "Is that enough proof for you?"
Without listening for an answer I begin to walk off before adding, "Also, Hawkmoth is an actual threat, so get your priorities in order. Also, no one is tearing anyone apart."
