The discreetly hidden building was set behind a row of large trees that kept the large home private and away from the general public with a long driveway and perfectly manicured lawns on either side.

Every window in the imposing property was lit brightly as the man approached the white house and opened the black double door,

"Daddy!" A young girl squeaked and ran to her father with her arms out.

He scooped the blonde child up in his arms and swung her round in delight.

"I'm sorry I'm late, Lily! I hope you didn't wait for me to have dinner?" The man asked with a weary smile.

The girl giggled as her ringlets bounced off her rosy cheeks and she squeezed her father tightly, happy that he was home.

"Mother, kept it warm for us all to eat together, daddy" the little girl replied as she played with father's ample brown moustache.

The little girl's welcome was joined by her slender mother and her older brother, who welcomed the man home with similar delight.

The man quickly closed the door, leaving the trolls to look on in glee at their new targets.

"Lots of wealth in there" Hagen squealed and pounced forward.

Gunnar grabbed him by the shoulder and pulled him back.

"Not yet, son! We need to look around first" Eira warned her eager son.

"Talitha, you go with your father and when it is safe we will join you" Eira continued.

Gunnar nodded and Talitha carefully followed her father up to the brightly lit property.

They navigated their way around the white columns that created a regal effect on the porch that wrapped around the property, and looked through the large sash windows.

Grand chandeliers adorned the high ceilings in each room as expensive furniture gave the family an air of wealth and good taste to their societal circles.

"Go up" Gunnar order to his daughter who nodded and did as asked without question.

Talitha made her way up a trellis to the side of the property and quickly landed on a balcony outside a child's bedroom.

She quickly looked around for detection but all the children were in the elaborate parlour, listening to their father's stories about his day, whilst his wife put out their dinner in the dining room.

One of the windows was open at the top and Talitha used her nimble status to quickly make her way into the girly bedroom.

She examined the white space and looked around for what she could take.

China dolls aligned one wall facing a single bed with white laced bordered sheets.

A small white Capri dressing table with matching stool was positioned to the side of the bed as Talitha went through the drawers below the ornate mirror but found nothing but shells and marbles.

Quickly realising that there was nothing of value in the room, she turned to leave before rapidly stopping in horror.

This had never happened before but recently, with the news of her impending union, Talitha had been distracted and not as focused on the family jobs as she used to be and now she stood grounded to the spot, flustered, as she met the eye line of the small blonde girl looking at her from the doorway in terror.

The girl's large blue eyes widened in horror as she froze to the spot gasping at every aspect of the terrifying sight in front of her.

She looked on in fear from Talitha's grubby, wart filled face down to her large flat feet that were struggling to remain in the leather wrapped around them as the material tried to hide the razor sharp toes from plain sight.
