My eyes fade into view, and around me was an unfamiliar area. I didn't recognize anything or anyone. As I ponder this, I looked around some more. I noticed a strange figure near me.
"Hello? You seem kinda lost; you alright?"
This girl in front of me; she had tied blue hair and eyes that sparkled like the night sky. She smelled like lavender and wore a satin jacket.I knew I had to say something. I couldn't be mean. It was against my programming. "I... I'm not sure, miss. I don't remember what's going on... I just remember being here and..." I stop. My train of thought being lost. I was incapable of thinking too hard.
The girl spoke again; "Oh. Wow, man. You're really scrambled, huh? Do you at least remember your name?"
My name?
After a bit of silence, she spoke again: "Yeesh. Not even a name... well..."
She looked on my forehead. A blossoming flower sat on it.
"I think I'll call you Blossom for now until I figure out who you really are."Blossom... sounds nice, I suppose.
"So you're not around here, are you?"
"No," I said softly. "I come from..."
"You don't remember. Huh?"
"I don't.... I'm not sure what's going on with me... I usually have good memory... I think."
"Maybe you hit your head somewhere? That's what I see in TV shows. Happens a lot.
"It can't be that. My head is made of a good metal."
The girl paused. "Metal? What do you mean?"
"Well, I'm not really... a girl. I'm... a machine."
She holds her breath, and quietly freaks out. "Oh wow! A machine? Like... Like a robot? But a robot inkling!"
I can't help but smile. She seemed so happy. "Yeah. Something like that"
"Woah! I thought they only existed in movies! I never thought I'd be friends with one," she exclaimed. "Oh! I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Akiyoru."
"Registering name... Akiyoru. Relation... friend," I reported to my system. "I'm happy to meet you. I'm.... really hopeful someone can help me here."
She laughs a bit. "Yeah! No problem. Perhaps we can share a room in my apartment and I will tell you everything about this world. Maybe it'll catch you up."
"Thank you, Miss Akiyoru. I'm grateful for your hospitality."
"Please, just call me Aki, Blossom."
"Okay, Miss Aki."
She brought me to her home in a place known as Flounder Heights, where my new life could begin.
