"So are you nervous, or excited?" Annabeth asks Hazel gently.

"It's okay to be both," Piper interjects when Hazel hesitates for a moment.

Finally Hazel answers. "Definitely both. Mostly excited, but I can't help worrying something will go wrong."

Annabeth, Piper and Calypso all chuckle at that. All three had felt the same way before their own weddings, and although the three weddings had all gone off without any major incidents, the anxiety had been the same.

Annabeth was trying to get both Callie and Cleo into their flower-girl dresses, but Callie was a bit hesitant, and as a result so was Cleo. At the same time, Piper was putting the finishing touches on Hazel's hair and makeup--she had agreed to do this on the condition that her mother would back off and not try to take over as she had attempted to do at nearly every demigod wedding since Percy and Annabeth's.

Annabeth shot Hazel a look through the mirror, as if asking Are you sure you need flower girls at your wedding?.

"Can I try?" Calypso asks, taking Callie's dress from Annabeth's hand and leading the two-year-old a few feet away. Annabeth isn't sure how she convinces the toddler, but just a few minutes later Callie is content wearing the soft pink dress. Upon seeing her sister all dressed up, Cleo suddenly becomes much easier to coax into her matching outfit.

Shortly afterward, when it is nearly time for the ceremony to start, they are all, miraculously, ready. Frank is already at the altar before they leave the room they got ready in, so he wouldn't see Hazel before she was walking down the aisle, but they met Leo, Jason, Percy, Zephyr, and Nico just outside the door.

The bridesmaids and groomsmen were to head down the aisle in pairs. After that, Callie, Cleo, and Zephyr would be sent down toward their parents as the flower girls and ring bearer. Then, finally, Hazel would be escorted down the aisle by Nico.

Somehow this, too, went without a hitch. In fact, the ceremony as a whole went quite well. Cleo grew a bit restless during it, but quickly fell asleep, sucking her thumb and leaning her head against Annabeth's shoulder once she had picked her up. (wow that sentence was worded weird, but you know what I mean, lol).

Soon enough, though, the ceremony was over, and Frank and Hazel were officially married. What followed was the reception, a simple yet elegant affair. There was dancing, of course, and food, and at some point, champagne was passed around to all of the adults for a toast. Annabeth, having found something out only the morning before, and not having told even Percy, tried to pretend to take a sip without really drinking any.

Percy notices, though, and that night once they've returned to their hotel room and put their daughters to sleep, he asks her about it.

"Well," she sighs. "I was going to wait to mention it, since I didn't want to overshadow the wedding or anything, but... I'm pregnant."

"Wise girl, that's amazing!" Percy exclaims, hugging Annabeth close and spinning her around.

Once he's stopped, she says through her laughter "Shh, Seaweed brain, don't wake up the girls." They're both just a little too excited to care, though, and somehow, both toddlers sleep on.

Hey, Fam! I kinda just put this chapter together pretty quickly, and it's the middle of the night, so like... sorry if it's kinda terrible, but I couldn't sleep, and figured I might as well do some writing. I know this is also pretty short (I usually try to have chapters like 1000-2000 words long, and this is not quite 600 (not counting this part, of course). But, you know, some cute and important things happen here, and I couldn't figure out how to add more without it all just being too much, so, yeah, this is what you get.

Hope you liked it! See you in the next update, whenever that is.
