(Baekhyun's POV)

"Yah, Baek, let's get going to this party, we're gonna be late!" my brother yells at me

I dash down the stairs while putting on my tie. "Fine. Let's go." I usually would drive myself but instead we took a different car.

The ride was silent. When we arrive, the house that is hosting the party is HUGE. It seems bigger than my house!

Lots of cars and people were everywhere. When we enter, people greet us and we greet back. My gang was already there, "Hey Bacon hyung is here!" Chen shouts. As usual, I step on his foot. "What the hell?! those cost $1000.00! You bitch!"

I laugh and make my way over to greet the adults, "Wow, Mr. Byun, your younger brother has grown up so much!" The persom person pats my head. I had to control myself from punching that person. I HATE people "petting" me.

I talk with my friends until I see a very beautiful. She turns around and, oh my god, it's Ga Eul. I make my way over to her. "Ga Eul?" she turns around with horror on her face.

(Ga Eul's POV)

"Baekhyun?! What are you doing here?" I hiss

He chuckles "Well, me and my brother plus my parents were invited and boom! We're here! Did I say you look very pretty?" he raises his eyebrows

I turn my face away so he doesn't know that i'm blushing. "Thanks, but I don't remember inviting you."

"Really? Then your parents must've then"

I honestly don't want to talk to him after what happened after school. he grabs my arm "Wait, Ga Eul I want to apoligize for what happ-"

"It doesn't matter, just forget it." I yank my arm away

"Please, can I just talk privately with you?" he pleads

"No." and I walk away. My mom comes on the microphone. "Hello ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for coming out tonight for the Choi's new tech company!" there is clapping "Lately, there has been some grim events like hy husband is on his deathbed..." Oh god, why the hell would my mom bring that up?! I couldn't take this anymore, I stomp out until I was pulled into a room by someone.

"Wow, it's the daughter of Mrs. Choi, so pretty..." a man breathes on me.

I try to shove him off but someone already did that for me. "You f****** bastard!"

I close my eyes and hear punching and kicking. When its all done, I open my eyes to see Baekhyun panting with balled up fists, "...I-I....Ga Eul... Are you okay?"

I just stand there against the wall breathless. He walks over and takes my hand to lead me somewhere. The place was in my backyard. "Thank you." I manage to breathe out.

We both sit there, side by side on the grass looking at the stars. "I have a really good feeling that you follow me everywhere."

He scoffs, "I don't know. But yes, this time I did."

"Why?" I look at him

"I told you. I don't know. But, I knew that you were mad about something."

I sigh,"Do you want to know?"

He plays with a leaf "Only if you want to..."

"Fine. My family was all happy when we opened a new company that made us rich. That was until my father was diagnosed with cancer. He doesn't have long, but at least he's still in the world... anyway, he's in a private hospital."

Baekhyun was silent, intensely listening. "My mom and I were never close. it was always me and my dad. that's why I live in a different house, my dad moved out into the hospital. My mom cares about my dad but not as much. all she wants is money, lots. She is very distant with me and more into her company which I don't even have a part in it. All she does for me is supply me with a house and maids. That's why if my dad is no longer here, my mom will be even more distant with me and i'll be broken without him. AND my mom didn't have to bring up that topic when she was talking to the people. It seems like she takes all of the credit not my dad... " I felt so light after I explained that all to him.

"Wow. That's alot to take in. I'm sorry..." he smiles, "Hey, at least you have me right?" he points to himself

I roll my eyes and playfully shove him "shut up."

"Yah." he nudges me

"What?"

"I'm sorry for what I did to you. Really. I didn't mean to. Are you okay?" he touches the place where he scratched me.

I sigh, "I'm okay. I kinda understand a bit... You were too into the fight."

He puts his hand over his chest, "Oh, i'm relieved."

We both laugh, "Hey! Ga Eul! I didn't know you guys were here! and also I just found out that you live here!" Sehun points out

I laugh "Duh! but did you enjoy it?"

"Yes! Thanks for having us over! We'll be going now ok?" Suho says

I bow to him, "Thank you for coming you guys! See you guys at school!"

Baekhyun was the last out, he smiles at me "Do you want to do anything on the weekend? Which is tomorrow?"

I shake my head "I can't gotta study.."

He smiles wider "You always study! C'mon, it'll be fun!"

"No! Next time!"

He sighs "Fine. Bye Ga Eul!" and smiles while waving

I wave back and close the door. My heart is about to burst out if my chest.
