Adventure (Jake Sully × Reader)

𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 13: 𝙰𝚗𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝚆𝚊𝚢

Eva's POV:

I was in a locked up room it was all white, suprising. I sat next to Grace, curled up in a ball. We hear a click and trudy's voice.

"Personality I don't think these tree-hugging traitors deserve steak."
"They get steak? That's bullshit let me see that." The guard bent down to see the steak. Trudy pulled a gun out and pointedit to his head. "Yeah. you know what that is. Down. All the way down." She hit the gun off of the guards head which made him faint.
"Max!" Trudy called for max and he came quickly to open the door. We all followed down a hallway, each one of us grabbed a mask and quickly headed out. While the others help Jake out into the helicopter I put his wheel chair in a safe place in the back.

"Damnit we are caught. Hurry!" I shout. Colonel repeatedly try's shooting. At us. We soon successfully leave Jake and Norm whoop of victory. "This is going to ruin my whole day..." grace whimpers. I see Grace's hand left on her body with blood covering it. "Get the trauma kit." I follow Jake's orders.
"trauma kit!"
"Keep the pressure on Grace."
"Trauma kit is forward, on the bulkhead."

Jake's POV:

The people say the Eywa will provide
With no home, no hope that's the only place they could go.

"Could you get Eva?" I ask Norm. "Sure why?" "Don't ask questions." Norm makes a weird face at me then runs off. Norm comes back into the room with Eva along. "Yes?"
"Your coming with."
"You want to put your own girlfriend in danger?" "Girlfriend?" Norm stops us. "You've missed a lot we will explain later." Eva said. "Damn okay."
"We don't have much time Eva. And I need your help." I grab her arm. Eva quickly walks to the other pod beside me.

"Jake?" She coughs after. "Your awake, let's get out if here. Quick." I help her up I wipe the ash off her "I'll follow." Eva said, looking in another direction. We both walk up what looks like a path. No life was found, we both look back and see a Ikoran appear. It lands in front me and chirps. As I hop on I signal Eva to come on aswell. "Hang on." I call and we fly off to the smokey gray sky.

I fly above Toruk Matko I look back to check on Eva, she looks down while biting her lip looking nervous and a bit confused. "do you need to say something?" I ask. "Your smart but a dumbass." Eva quickly stated, "Thanks." I joked with her. We came to were I need to dive. "Ready?"
We both jumped onto the Great lyeonopteryxes back.

The navi saw Toruk Matko flying twords them they backed out of the way there faces were full of terror as it landed in front of them.
I jumped off of it, I then helped Eva down. We both made our way to Ney'tiri "I see you." I say with a nod of greeting. "I see you." She said to us both. I turn my head to Tsu'tey.
"Tsu'tey son of Ateyo...I stand before you...ready to serve the Omaticaya people." I paused looking over at Eva for a second then back. "You are Olo'eytkan and you are a great warrior."
Tsu'tey gulps. Toruk Matko blasted a powerful roar behind me but he kept his gaze on. "I will fly with you." He agreed. "Our friend is dying, Grace is dying." Eva came from behind me. "We ask help from Eywa."

Eva's POV:

"Look where we are grace." Jake said to her as he carries her to the lifted clearing. Grace opens her eyes. "I need to take some samples." I lightly chuckle, my smile and laugh fades quickly.
"Hear us please, All mother."
"Eywa, help her."
"Take this spirit into you."
"Eywa, help her."
"And breathe her back to us."
"Eywa, help her."
"Let her walk among us..."
"Eywa, help her."
"As one of the people."
"Eywa, help her!"
They all chant. Mo'at stops everyone. Grace starts to move. I go over: "Grace..." I say with a worried tone. "I'm with her, Jake. She's real!" I could tell Eva's heart sank when she said that. Her eyes were teary like she was going to cry. "Grace? Grace, please Grace! What's happening?"
"Grace!" Eva nudged her. "Grace!" "Whats happening? Did it work?" I wanted to know badly. "Her wounds were to great. She is with Eywa now."

I look over to Eva she had her head lowered and her ears were pinned back. She took a deep sigh and rested her head on my chest. I hug her back, she looks back up at me. "We must continue." I agreed with her. We both stand up. We walk to Tsu'tey. "With your permission we will speak now. you would honor me by translating."
A slow nod came from Tsu'tey.

"The sky people have sent us a message that they can take whatever they want. And no one can stop them, well we will send them a message you ride out as fast as the wind can carry you. You tell the other clans to come. You tell them Taruk Matko calls to them! You fly now. With me! My brother's, sisters and we will show the sky people that they cannot take whatever they want. And that this, this is our land!"

I grab Eva's hand and take her to Toruk Matko. "It's fine Mazë is with me. The pearl white banshee waits for her. We hop on and take flight.
