Chapter: 3

My eyes fluttered open as I woke up from my sleep and reaching out turned off the alarm ringing beside me.
The image of the beach came to my mind and I smiled a little as I got up and went to change,

I just wore a simple outfit and made my way downstairs before checking myself in the mirror. I just had some toast and coffee before leaving the house and taking a cab to the beach.

Cold breeze hitting me, making me have chills all over as I stood there looking at the waves moving rhythmically,

I made my way towards them and looked at the view in front of me and closed my eyes listening to the sound of nature.

The sound makes me calm and forgets about everything that exists in this world, but today a picture came to my view which didn't before,

I opened my eyes again as I looked to my left to see him standing, eyes closed, relaxing as I do, and slowly turning towards me, opening his eyes and staring at mine as I stared at him.

We stared at each other again as by looking at each other our hearts skipped a beat, beat so fast for each other but also made us calm,

It was a feeling we didn't understand but couldn't help but feel as our feet moved on their own, and we came closer keeping eye contact.

We wanted to understand what this feeling was, why it was there in our hearts but couldn't figure out why...

When I was trying to speak, no words came out of my lips but my eyes said so much without realizing and he was telling me the feeling that he held.

It was like the time had forgotten its speed and a single second wasn't passing by, a weird feeling which made us stare at each other without blinking, without getting tired of it,

Something so different but amazing as his hands cupped my face in them and came closer to my face,

It was like the world froze, and it was only the waves, as his lips touched my forehead and I closed my eyes. We parted to look into each other eyes again,

"Joon".

Only a word could leave my lips.

The time felt like moving so slowly as we looked at each other, Our hearts beating at the same rate while the amazing feeling was still inside,

He kneeled down in front of me, while his hands held my hands in them,

He looked at me, as he smiled at me, and talked about his feelings,

"I can't seem to control it anymore, I know I'm in love with you Giana.
Can you accept this lost soul and give him a chance to be alive again, while being with you?"

I was crouched down beside him, looking at him, admiring his face as he was crouched down, looking at little crabs and telling me about them,

A giant with a baby personality and how he loves small things and enjoy little things in life,

He noticed me looking at him and smiled,

"You really like them, don't you?",

I said looking at the crab in his hands as he was looking at me so lovingly which made me turn toward him,

"I didn't realize I'll love you this much".

He said looking at me as we stared into each other's eyes and I looked down as a blush came on my cheeks.

"I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable, I don't know what's happening, and I can't seem to control myself".

He said, and I looked at him again and smiled

"It's alright it's a feeling that I don't understand too but feel".

I said and looked down at the crab.

The way, he always looks at me and smiles at me, makes me have butterflies and a smile crept on my face,

He noticed it and smiled too and looked at me,

"I was thinking if you want to grab a coffee together".

"I would love to".

I said as I always, feel safe and comfortable with him.

It was something unexpected but amazing as we didn't realize the love we held~
